Craig gave me a reasonable and clear price (some others I contacted told me the price might vary depending on what they had to do to re-attach the sink). He worked with me to find a convenient time for his installer to come out. Craig's installer arrived on time and did a great job. Within a couple days of my original contact with Craig, the job was complete and we had a fully functioning sink again.
Our overall experience? Great service. Professional all the way. Yay!!
Craig even offers a lifetime warranty on the sink install.
One other comment - this a simple heads-up to Angie's List management. Craig's company, New Concepts, has changed names and is now All Stone. Craig told me he had found a way to get the company's name changed on Angie's List while retaining his reports and grading. So, Angie's List customers, don't be confused by the name changed - All Stone and New Concepts are one in the same company.

When I started this project I knew very little about granite or the fabrication and installation process. Craig set up an appointment to do the measurements and explain the installation process. Craig was very professional. He was punctional and explained everything in terms that I could easily understand. He made several suggestions for places I could visit to look at granite. He honored my timeline for when I wanted to do the work. There was no pressure. He was extremely patient in answering all my questions. I had originally planned to wait a couple of months to start the process but got so excited after looking at the beautiful granite. I told Craig about some granite that I liked and he put it on hold so the slap of granite would be available if I decided to use it. Two days later I had made my decision and Craig immediately got everything in motion. I had my granite countertops about 7 days later. I love them. The fabrication was perfectly done. The granite is beautiful and the team that did the fabrication and installation were great. Very polite, respectful of the owner's property, careful and neat. I can't praise Craig enough. I would definely use this company again. I'm actually thinking about a few other projects.

We wanted granite countertops and chose this company from an Angie's listing. They have one man, Craig, who is dedicated to Angie's list customers. He helped us with the design, where to go and pick out our marble slabs, edging and, of course, installation. He had so many suggestions that we hadn't thought of before! The installers were professional and courteous, I was afraid of the mess with cutting out for the cooktop and faucet once it was in the kitchen, but they were very neat and careful. When they were done, there was very little dust or mess to clean up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful counters and quality workmanship. They were all friendly and professional.

My experience with New Concepts was excellent! I contacted New Concepts via email and Craig set up a meeting immediately to discuss the process of replacing our old laminate countertops with granite. I originally had thought to only replace the bath countertops, but Craig discussed with me how we could replace the kitchen and bar countertops as well, all for about $5,000. I was delighted to hear this, as this was about the budget my husband and I had decided upon for any countertop replacement. He took the measurements and sent me an estimate immediately. I then went to New Concepts yard to pick out the granite for our bar and bathrooms, and later my husband and I visited a granite supply store to choose the granite for our kitchen countertop. The installers arrived as scheduled and their installation was superior. They were very friendly, answered all the questions I had for them, and worked continuously until the job was complete. I am very grateful for the advice and suggestions Craig had regarding what colors would be good with our decor, what fixtures would be good, how we could add a little more countertop space in one area, etc. Craig was always very responsive to any changes my husband and I requested, and willing to delay fabrication and installation of the kitchen countertops for a few weeks while my husband and I were deciding on the granite pattern. Our countertops are absolutely gorgeous, and I can't imagine being more pleased with the results.

They did a great job. We are completely satisfied with the job performed and would definately use them again.

The piece I needed was for a very small, under-the-stairway half bath. The counter needed to be cut to 17" x 20". It had an eased edge and a single hole centerset faucet. Everything was done beautifully. The only problem was the hole for the faucet was a little too far back (my fault since I did not have the faucet then), but it has limited the dimensions of the faucet I can use. I will have to get a faucet with at least a 6 1/2 inch reach.

We have his and hers separate vanities. Craig came out to give a general estimate for costs to remove and discard old countertops and fabricate and install granite counters based on a "Group 1" price. Of course, if I selected a higher grade granite the price would increase by the cost of the upgraded granite. I visited the granite shop and even looked at their remnants. There were 3 possibilities at their granite yard, but I also looked at 2 different stone yards to make sure I bought something different and distinctive. I decided on an upgraded granite. Once I selected the granite (took me about 2-3 weeks to decide), I made my selections and took the faucet I planned on using. At the time you decide you are ready and pay the deposit (half the cost), they will install in about a week. The process was painless, Craig answered all my questions about granite, edges and installation. Their quote was about what the other vendors I had give me an estimate, but I like how knowledgeable he seemed and took my phone calls and returned calls promptly. Lowe's or Home Depot may have been less expensive, but I wanted to know who was going to install my countertops. One of the granite stone yard warehouses I visited said New Concepts is only one of a handful of granite fabricators that have cutting machines for their fabrication. They said many do it by hand and if they cut a piece of granite that has both hard and soft sections, you may see variance in the surface of the stone, especially with the edges.

Overall everything was great. Craig spoke about the quality of work and the level of experience of his workers so we were expecting a larger bid than we got. They came and took detailed measurements and it took about a week to get the manufacturing of the granite done. The installation was precise and nearly flawless. They placed the seam in a space where it would not be easily noticed and their precision was mind blowing. The guys installing were extremely professional, laid down protective covering on our wood floors, and stayed until nearly 10p.m. on a Friday evening to make sure the job was done and done right. We can not thank Craig and his group enough for the beautiful countertops. As we continue through the renovation of our house there is no reason for us to look any further than New Concepts for any future granite work. Thanks again Craig.

The work was done very well! They did what they quoted that they would do, and for the price agreed. They even checked other counters in the kitchen to see how they were doing and made repairs as needed on them.

Overall, the countertops look great. Some cuts were not as clean as I had expected them to be (the previous countertops were granite) and Fred said that this is because the material is hard and didn't offer to take a look. Fred is a great resource-his suggestions about the backspash were excellent and he even gave me advice to help me install my dishwasher.

One small miscue was that I missed their first attempt to install (I forgot!). They came back a week later and stayed until the job was done. The install crew treated my house like it was theirs, they cleaned up afterward, they were extremely careful not to scratch the wood floors or damage the wooden mantle. Very professional. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the work done.

Craig was able to come to my house for the estimate within a couple of days, at my convenience. He spent about an hour discussing various style options and making some recommendations. It was not high-pressure. Within 24 hours, he was able to email me an estimate that was more than reasonable. I was able to provide my credit card number to confirm the order and the countertop installation was scheduled for 7 days later. Prior to the install Craig was in touch to confirm several points and provide design options. He consulted with a couple of designers to ensure the style and layout would work for me. On the morning of the installation, the crew that arrived was very courteous and professional. They were very meticulous is making sure that the countertops were installed perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the end result. During the job, Craig even came while his crew was on site to ensure that I was satisfied with the work he then followed up the next day to make sure.

I called around to several other companies to get quotes for the new granite counter tops. I went with New Concepts because of Carol. The price quoted was about the same as others, but Carol was enthusiastic and just as excited about the new counter tops as I was; others seemed to not care. She help locate the specific type of granite I wanted at one of the yards, had it pulled and set up a time for me the see the stone. She helped locate the sink I wanted for the kitchen and even came to the house while the templating was being done. The only slight issue I had was the installation time. The guys did a great job but seems to always be running late because of other jobs. The first day they showed up at 4 pm. The second day they were suppose to return at 9 am and did not show until past noon; but they worked until almost 9 pm to finish. Carol did a good job calling numerous times trying to keep me informed. She even called late on her way out of town to make sure everything was going we
