All Star Pools

Be Aware!!! We used all All Star Pool and Remodeling for resurfacing, tile and a waterfall as well as a new deck area and fence.  During the initial job, it was difficult to get Gary the owner to commit to dates/times (there was always an excuse) and the job took a very long time to complete and had to be re-done in several areas.  The color of the Diamond Brite is incorrect and he continues to argue that it is correct (confirmed by another company to be a color other than what we ordered), and a year later has yet to supply the requested warranty information.  There is a warranty on the work, but when the pool light would not work, we tried several times to get him to repair it and when he finally put in a new one it continually blew the breaker.  We had to pay an electrician to come out only to find out that the light seal was broken and full of water and then needed to be re-wired due to the damaged caused by All Star improperly installing the light.  We have had to keep refilling the pool and called Gary several times to come out and see what was wrong - again multiple no shows and excuses.  We had to hire another company to determine the cause of the leak and the jets in the spa are leaking due to being improperly installed.  We have informed Gary and over a 4 month period have yet to have him show up for warranty work.  He claims he is sending his guys but no one has ever shown.  Then he claims he will come himself and again no show/no call and no response to calls or texts.  Please be aware of the lack of professionalism and the quality of work from Gary and his All Star Pool Remodeling Service.
