I have a legally signed lease (by Alden Short and myself) that states the rent is $1,425.00, until 01/31/20, today is 09/01/19. The email print screen is uploaded On the last paragraph Alden Short states to take advantage of the on line payment on their portal, this below is what I get when I try to pay my rent using the Alden Short portal. I sent them am email while I was still in the check cashing location sent 2 pictures so I can prove that I was there. The email print screen is uploaded As I have shared with the WWW out there Alden Short does not follow a good business plan, they falsify legal document charge for items they cannot prove they paid for, but the tenant has to reimburse them, or they will file an eviction notice. I keep yall update on what Alden Short does to me this time, since Alden Short has already told me they do not return voice mails, answer emails, or respond to the comments left on their portal.
