AL WRIGHT'S MOLLY MAID

They come every two weeks. They come every time on Tuesday. They do a pretty good job. When they come in, on the days they come in, we strip the sheets off the bed and everything and wash them and then they even fold up the clean sheets and put them away and stuff. We've had them for a number of years now. It's $84. I've got a three-bedroom home, but they only do two of the bedrooms. The other one is my little den with the computer and stuff. It's like a man cave, more junk than anything. The quality depends on who comes over. They do mix up the ladies that come in. So sometimes it might be two ladies, sometimes three, depending on how many homes they have to go to that day. If they have a lot of homes they have to clean that day, they will usually send three people over and they're in and out in about 45 minutes. They do alright. Sometimes they do miss things. My wife goes around after they leave and she starts looking for things they missed. They've even gone out of their way. When I bought a new TV, I couldn't lift it up on the table myself. So they helped me with it. We're like the first customers every time they come. I like to get it over with and done. They're very professional. I love them. They have uniforms and all that. Their car is all marked with their advertisements and stuff. They're all very professional.

Brandy at Molly Maids is very professional, and is always very attentive to my needs and requests.  On the very rare occasion that I may not be happy with the service, they go out of their way to fix the problem.   They also follow up with me every week via email to make sure that I am happy.  They are very trustworthy, and I feel very comfortable having them in my home.  Most times they come to clean our home while we are at work.  I have before and would recommend Molly Maids to anyone who is looking for a house cleaner. 

It was excellent! The ladies came in and they went straight to work and started cleaning. They were cleaning so well that I was able to leave the house and not stick around and watch them. They even made up my son's toddlers bed in my master bedroom. They had everything looking nice and neat for him when he got home. The even bagged up my kids toys in the bathroom. My children stick stickers on the side of the bathtub and the ladies were able to take all of the stickers off. The maids went as far as making sure that my air vent was vacuumed out as well.

Badly!!!!

It was a terrible experience. The ladies broke a crystal item and damaged wood furniture, and neither were ever replaced. They said they were bonded and insured but never paid for the property they damaged and the owner never made good on his word even after calling and emailing him. They quoted me a price and raised it as they were here.
