Al's technician determined it was a thermostat that failed, causing the cooling tank to burst, which resulted in the leak. They gave me a quote, and once I got approval to begin, they were able to get it finished and re-installed in less time than they quoted me.
I will definitely use them again, if I have a water fountain issue in their area again.
