what careless, unreliable company ,it is a nightmare to deal with them they install a brand new system to new built house in 2021 you cannot imagine how poor the installation and the device they r using which leading to do 7 service call in 2 year including condenser fan motor ,freon leaking twice, power surge in the furnace and the worst in their customer service they are so good in lying at you for example i had an issue with my ac on friday june 9 at 2pm they gave me first available appointment on saturday with very wide window from 8am till 9 pm and they said will call you 30-40 min before tech arriving to ur house but what happen is the tech came at 6:50 and i wasn't at the house then they call me at 7 pm and i missed their call but what they told me next day is w tried to call u to let u know the tech on his way which completely lying and they kept lying on me by saying the tech will come on sunday then they called saying sorry we are not able to come today and the soonest we can do is Wednesday nobody shows up and they hire 3rd party company to answer the phones after hours to keep saying we don't have access to the system ,one more thing to add most of their tech not qualified at all they will lie on u about the issue to just go to be honest i only had only one skilled and honest tech which came after another tech coz the same problem happen next day overall i will not recommend this company unfortunately i didn't have the option to pick coz they hired by the builder

Airtron installed my heating and A/C back in 2016 and I recently developed a Freon leak which was due to incorrect pipe fittings and welding done by a subcontractor. I notified the manager, Stephen, last week and he readily agreed to fix the issue free of charge even though the system is past the warranty period. His technician, Brad, came out today and corrected the problem and the system is cooling great again. I am very impressed with the responsiveness and willingness of Airtron to stand behind their work and make things right!

Annually, I purchase the $180 tune up package and have them come out in the Spring and the Fall to do a tune up and diagnostic check on my AC unit. This year, however, they failed to send me a reminder of the service and consequently, it didn't get done. My AC unit is not functioning properly today so I called to schedule a diagnostic appointment. They refused to honor my purchase of the tune up package and said they would have to charge the $75 service fee plus labor for the visit just to see what is wrong with the unit. They will not honor what I already purchased saying "it doesn't count" if the unit isn't functioning properly. Basically, they got $180 for NOTHING and they won't be getting it from me again.

Airtron originally installed our A\C units when the house was built. We are still under warranty with the builder. There was no charge today, and very little service.
We are having an issue with our master bedroom being between 2-6 degrees warmer than the rest of my house. We also have a strong breeze coming from under the master bedroom door when it is closed. I have taken the time to document the temp differences during random hours, which Airtron did not seem too thrilled to see I had notes.
Long story short, Airtron had a technician come out. He walked around my house taking readings and closed some
vents. He then said, I will get my paperwork and have you sign off that the temp readings are normal today. I asked him, if they can or will do anything about this beyond nothing, as I have it documented that the temps are more than 4 degrees off at times. (note our builder warranty will fix any a\c issues if temp is over 4 degree difference in the house) He advised no, and continued to
leave. Before he left, I called "our builder" and he came right over and discussed the issue with the technician. After discussing the issue with the builder Airtron has agreed to put in a data collector so they can see first hand the temp differences. This is a good first step, even though it took two visits and a call to my builder to get it done.
It was not until I called our builder and he met us outside where Airtron agreed to install the data collector. Why did it take
the builder to get the data collector? When I asked what further troubleshooting could be done, they should have offered this solution to me right away. Regardless what the temp reading is now, I have documentation showing otherwise. I would hope Airtron would offer to spend the time to really get to the root cause. Instead, I was treated poorly and Airtron just wanted to blow this issue off.
Telling someone in a brand new house to buy sunshades to lower the temp at night and to sleep with the master door open is not acceptable. Our builder has followed up with Airtron and I am waiting to hear back.
Update: 8/7/2013:
I want to be fair to Airtron, and update my review. I heard back from my builder and the local superintendent has agreed to look over this issue personally. I will be getting the data collector installed and am continuing to work with Airtron on the matter. I will post back with the eventual outcome.
Update: 8/12/2013:
Airtron came back out Thursday. They were originally going to send the same technical from the second vist, but I was able to get them to find a different technician and that seemed to make all the difference. Will came out with the data collector, but his main concern was fixing the warm master bedroom. He was able to do that in an hour. He simply put a damper on a living room duct that is used to cool off the top 20' of my living room (we have very high ceilings). he also changed out a vent in our master bath to get more air flow. Both of these two items have pretty much fixed the issue. Accoridng to Will, it was simply a matter of airflow, and was an easy fix. Why it took 3 technicians to finally have someone willing to do the work and climb in my attic is unknown. I am very happy the issue is resolved. Unfortunately it seems 2 out of 3 a\c techs at Airtron do not want to climb into an attic to do their job. That is very concerning to me, and we still have 9 months left on our warranty.
Lesson learned for me here is if I want the job done right, I need to ask for Will at Airtron. He is the only technician at Airtron I am willing to work with, as all others have been very diappointing. I am leaving the grade at a C which I feel is very generous.

System was poorly and sloppily installed. Contractor was behind schedule and hurried through the installation. No response to certified letter asking them to correct defects.

We built our house two years ago and AirTron puts in all of the units for the homes built in this area. They are SO CHEAP. It's almost like they build the stuff to break. They have been to my house 12 times in just two years. In the winter our heaters didn't work, and in the summer our A/C doesn't work, and what's aggrivating is when they come out, they want to do as LITTLE AS POSSIBLE to correct the issue. Then of course when that fix doesn't last they have to come back out. My warrenty is almost up, and they are doing everything they can to not fix the real issues so they don't have to pay for it. DO NOT USE AIRTRON.

Airtron installed the Central Air in my town home. I'm guessing on the cost of the unit as it was part of the home. We bought the home in April of 2010 and they visited the home approximately 5 times the next summer trying to work out all of the kinks in the system.
The damper motor went out, the unit was low on refrigerant, the hoses were rattling over the guest bedroom, and the fan caused a leak in the attic that has had to be sealed (once by airtron and once by me).We had multiple people visit the home to repair this under warranty and every time we got a rushed job. The unit worked for one whole summer in 2011 and now in 2012 I learned the coil is leaking.
I called Airtron and they said my unit was under manufacturer's warranty but it would cost $700 to $1000 to repair the coil, even though it had likely been leaking before. I called Airtron again regarding the service history. David (Service Manager) called me back once and said he was reviewing the service history to see if they could do something for me, "if they could do anything at all." No call back after that and I tried to contact him twice.
This company doesn't stand behind their product, they don't do the job right the first time, nor the second, third, or fourth time. A unit 2 years old should not have a leaking coil. We change our filters every 3 months and the coil is not dirty at all. You've been warned.

The first appointment the person never showed up or even called to let us know they were not coming. The second appointment he was scheduled just to do maintenance on our heating and air. He looked at both of our heating units and said we needed a new furnace and water pan. I got a second opinion and found that we did NOT need these repairs. He was very dishonest.

They call before they come out. They were formally AABC. They are professional and very punctual. They clean up after themselves. They send people that we can understand and that is good.
