I have had their System in my house for about 2 years now. 1) It was a MAJOR upgrade from what I had. It's warm in the winter, and cool in the Summer 2) My heating bill and cooling are LESS. 3) Their pricing was $4,000 cheaper than one place and $6,000 cheaper than another place (That includes a rebate from Texas that you could only get from qualified Installers. There are only a few of Installers in DFW b/c the high requirements can't be met by most of the HVAC installers out there. ) 4) 10 Year Free Warranty!!! 5) Shawn Grazer is such a jolly and humble man. 6) I have called them in on the free warranty a couple of times. They have always been punctual, and it's always been FREE. I haven't even had to fight them for it for a second. They bring up that it's free before I do. They must keep VERY good records. 7) During the February 2021 Texas Snowstorm / power outage that shut down DFW for multiple days, I called them that morning, and they were out that evening. I told them I was fine and I could wait a few days with my 1500 watt heaters, BUT THEY DROVE THROUGH ICE AND SNOW. I repeat the roads were HORRIBLE!!! I can't believe they came that day. #UNBELIEVABLE customer service 8) Yeah I've recommended them to my friends, and Yes they used them. Overall they are hard working, and willing to earn their pay. One of the few companies out their that is not trying to rip off their customers. Chick-Fil-A service but done at a McDonald's price tag.

Highly competent. Had our gas fireplace running in a few minutes where the first company couldn't even get it to work at all. Air Patrol also suggested a "recirculate" setting that has help address a chronically cold walk in closet.

Shawn Gator the tech that repaired my fireplace was professional, excellent communication skills and very knowledgeable. And work was very clean. All was excellent. And matter of fact I m new to area and Shawn and company will be my hvac company forward.

So personable and professional, it was a pleasure working with the owner, Shawn. His quote was less than the three others we received, the work was scheduled at our convenience, it took less than a day to do the entire air conditioning install, the crew were polite and professional, and the City inspector said they had done a very good job. We couldn't be more pleased with Air Patrol and would recommend them highly.

Very helpful. They take care of you and try to get you the best bang for your buck. I highly recommend them. They offer a twice/year preventative maintenance service that can be a life saver. After one of the spring check-ups, they were able to point out an issue that saved us money as it saved us from having to replace the entire outside unit.
