About us

Air Care has a team of highly experienced, board certified Dallas and Plano allergy physicians specializing in pediatric and adult allergy, asthma, and immunology. Our allergy physicians, Richard Herrscher and Elisa Lange work with people of all ages to alleviate and hopefully eliminate any health problem associated with allergy, immunology and respiratory dysfunction. Some of our services include allergy diagnosis and treatment, immunology testing and treatment, pulmonary function testing, vaccines and many more! AIR Care has a full allergy testing capabilities as well as allergy shots are also available at each of our three Metroplex locations. Contacted the company on Wednesday morning and asked to setup an appointment. I was fully expecting them to not be available until the next week. To my surprise, he offered to send a truck that afternoon. I decided to make the appointment for the following day at 8:00am. The two younger guys arrived promptly at 8:00 and got to work. Both introduced themselves and were very polite, they explained everything they were doing and the costs. I asked about other services they provide and the guys explained those to me. At no time did they try to up-sell me any services or perform unnecessary work. They even cleaned up after themselves. Overall I am very pleased with the service and will be using them in the future.
