Air Advantage

I noticed Fred and Jose working on the A/C for my neighbor across the street (Russ) at 6:00 am (per his arrangement with my neighbor). I asked him to take a look at mine too - he promptly did so and showed me the oil leak evidence on the coils as the reason my A/C needed to have refridgerant R22 added every year (by different contractor). He had to go to get some missing parts for the neighbor in Garland and offered to pick up the units while he was there and he could provide the service today for the same price he charged my neighbor. By the way, he had provided this service to another neighbor (Larry) a month ago. He was recommended by Larry to Russ, where I found him. They finished up across the street mid-day and then came over and began on mine. Very quick, professional and personable. Covered the carpets, cleaned up everything when done and finished up after 8 pm same day. Allowed me to watch the testing etc. (without an additional charge, ha ha). By the time they were finished they had my wife in long sleeves complaining she was cold (and she is always hot normally). I may have to reprogram the thermostats a little higher, and save some money on utilities while I am at it!
