Description of Work: They remediated mold growth in my garage by doing the following according the very professional, post remediation letter I got aftter the services were performed: (1) Covered the garage contents with plastic to protect them from dust. (2) Set up HEPA air scrubbers in the area to remove particulates from the air during the cleaning process. (3) Removed the baseboards and drywall in the affected area - specifically, approximately 2’6” up from the floor along the entire length of the front wall of the garage and approximately 8’ down the adjacent side walls. This exposed the wall cavities approximately 2’ beyond any visibly affected areas. (4) Sanded the exposed materials to remove visible staining from the wall cavity surfaces. (5) HEPA-vacuumed the exposed wall cavities and surrounding areas to remove dust and particulates. (6) Wiped all of the affected and surrounding areas with quaternary biocide. (7) Removed the HEPA air scrubbers and the protective plastic.
