Concrete Repair
concrete was not smooth, very rough finish. many black spots about 10 to 20 inches appeared on floor, looked like oil bleeding thru concrete. had to spray kiltz on all black spots, then paint the entire garage floor. still looks like **** since the concrete is not smooth.
