Adam's Exteriors is a local window installation company I would 100% recommend to friends and family. Christian was friendly, professional, and responsive with all my questions. He worked with my schedule to set up a quote for my home, and was not pushy at all when it came to selling. The costs of the windows and installation were upfront and clear. Once agreed, he measured and ordered my 16 Vistamark windows, held them until later in the fall (when it was cooler) for installation. His install team was awesome, they were friendly and respectful. The work was done in one day, and they cleaned up everything, even moving my furniture back. Overall, I am very happy I trusted Adam's Exteriors over one of the big guys! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know!

Christian came out and measured the windows and sent me a quote. I informed him that I would be breaking the installation down in stages. 1). I had five windows installed first. The window installation process went well, however after the installation was completed and he had left I noticed he didn't clean up after himself, glass on the floor and trash on the floor under the windows. 2). I then had four windows installed, same thing after the install, trash and glass left behind on the floor. 3). Then I had the last three windows to installed. I emailed Christian and asked if the two bathroom windows had any type of frosting on them and he said "no". He asked if I wanted them obscure and I responded yes. He said he would order the obscure windows and sent me a new invoice for the obscure windows. On the day of the installation after he had installed the bedroom window and started on the bathroom window, I look outside and noticed the bathroom window was not obscure. I asked Christian about the window not being obscure which we addressed in the email. He said "since the window was so high up he decided it didn't need to be obscured". He never discussed this with me, I have no idea why. If I hadn't said anything he would not have said anything and would have charged me for a window that was not obscure at the obscure price. And like previous he didn't clean up after himself. I went outside to his truck and asked him to come back inside and clean up after himself, plastic on the floor, caulking tube on the floor, dirt on the floor, dirt on and inside my toilet, there were cardboard pieces in the backyard which I noticed later after he had left. This was very disappointing to see out of professional that has been doing this work for years and from one who states on his website " I really had no idea what it meant to own a business so I focused on customer service and quality". Customer service and quality means treating a person and his/her home with respect and leaving it the way you found it. Attention to detail is what customer service is all about. It's more to a project than just doing the work. Invest in a shop vacuum and cleaning supplies.

Christian performed the work, himself.  His company had done work for me at my previous, larger home in 2010 and I was completely satisfied, then.  Christian warned me about replacing the condo windows due to the stucco finish which makes it difficult.  There was a lot of repair work after which I had to pay for through my HOA.  Other condos have had windows replaced and they don't appear to be having those problems.  Christian told me that he would return to add some exterior trim strip on a couple of the windows, but not all of them.  I have contacted him numerous times, and spoke with him a couple of times, setting up a date, but he has never showed up to add the trim, or address the separation at the caulking on the window sills.  I also need instruction on removing the windows and screens to clean.

After recently purchasing a home built in 1972, it quickly became apparent that the original windows on our house were not adequate. They were the original single pane glass with aluminum frame windows. The house stayed very cold in the winter and during warm weather the a/c was running constantly. We could also hear a lot of outside noises inside the home.
I called several companies to get estimates. The estimates were all over the place from reasonable to very expensive. One company took over 3 hours of my time on a Saturday to come out and shows us their products, explain why their competitors products were inferior and put the pressure on us to sign a contract that same day.
After searching the web for different window replacement companies, I contacted Adams Exteriors. Christian contacted me and scheduled a time to come out and evaluate what our home would need.
He showed up on time and took about 15-20 minutes to look at our current windows. He was very professional and courteous and did not pressure us in any way which was a  relief. That evening he emailed us a detailed presentation  of the windows he recommended along with a very clear estimate.
It was several weeks before we made a final decision. Christian ordered the windows and within several weeks was at out house and got all 9 windows replaced in a single day. There were no surprises or unexpected costs. The new windows look great and I can already tell a big difference both with the temperature inside the home as well as insulating the outside noise.
To say I am pleased is an understatement. Adams Exteriors was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing new windows. The price was right as well as the product and their service!  Christian is very customer focused and makes sure his customers are happy with everything they do.

Christian was prompt in coming out to give us a bid for new windows in the bedroom; however, after the final installation, he explained to us that a small part on the window was not working correctly but could be easily fixed with a new part.  He promised to return with a new part within the week.  That has been 7 months ago. We have left 5 messages - one per month since August, 2013.  We made it a point to be respectful & courteous when leaving messages saying  that we would be happy to set aside time for his return and that surely he simply has just forgotten.  We finally have resigned ourselves to the fact that he took advantage of us and has no intention to follow up with his installation.  I do not recommend him to anyone.

It all went great. They showed up early in the morning and were very efficient. They were finished by about 1 P.M. which exceeded my expectations. The workmen cleaned up after themselves and were extremely confident. I felt like we were given persoanl attention and all was handled in a professional manner.

I looked at replacing the windows in my home a couple of months before talking with Christian at Adams Exteriors and I found the whole process so frustrating that I gave up and quit looking for awhile. The whole thing was very "salesy". I was interested in a tan exterior with a white interior, which a lot of places didn't offer. I stopped by the Adams Exteriors storefront one Saturday afternoon figuring I could at least get a sense of what they offered and whether it was worthwhile to proceed without having to schedule another inconvenient consultation at the house. He was more knowledgeable about windows than most of the other people I had talked to and was able to get me a rough quote on the spot from the measurements I had made of the windows. He came out and did an exact measurement a couple of days later, there was no pressure to sign right then which was different that the previous salespeople who had come out. I felt good about it and the price was competitive so I called a few days later to give the ok. The crew came out and installed about 3 weeks later. Christian had said there wouldn't be a mess and he was right, they took care not to damage surrounding sheetrock or make a mess in the house. During the install I noticed one of the windows had the wrong glass. Christian came out within an hour to confirm that it was wrong. It was already installed, so they finished the install and he ordered a new piece of glass to replace it. A couple weeks later he called saying the glass was in and scheduled a time to come install it himself. Sometimes little things like that happen but it was nice to see it handled without a hassle. Very positive experience. Christian was responsive and proactive even after the sale and initial install. Definitely recommended.

Christian was both our sales rep and installer. We had 3 other windows installed by Christian 3 years ago . Although they were a different brand, our 3 newer windows match them very well. We've always been very pleased by both the products and installation services of Adam's Exteriors. Our windows fit great and the installation was very fast and neatly done.

I highly recommed Adams Exteriors for window replacements. The owner showed up on time for our appointment and provided me with several different options for replacements. The crew that installed them were very professional and cleaned up their mess. They also did their best to keep any debris from entering into the house by covering the windows with drop cloths. The estimate was what I paid after completion and they didnt try to add on any additional items like some contractors do. If anyone asks for a replacement window company I always refer them Adams.

Received first estimate from Adams back in Feb. 2009, along with other companies, but wasn't able to go through with the project, at that time. They would periodically check in with us to see if there was anything that we needed. When we were able to go forward with the project, everything went smoothly. There were two manufacturing errors which were taken care of, promptly and efficiently.

The workers were well supervised, thorough, and completed the project in one working day. We would strongly recommend Adams to anyone interested in replacing their windows. The owner, Christian, was very professional in taking us through the various styles and manufacturers of the windows in the showroom, and also discussed styles and manufacturers for which he did not have floor samples. He and his office manager, Suzanne were very helpful with invoicing and the Energy Credits we will file for in 2010, and were very patient with our questions about the entire project.

I have renovated several homes and this was by far the smoothest and least worry free project! Adams Exterior were prompt, professional and responsive. They spent time up front answering all our questions and discussing options that would be benificial; without the sales pitch! The workmanship was excellent. It only took a few hours to do 8 windows on a two -story home and everything was cleaned and hauled away. I would highly recommend you give them a try!

They did a great job installing the windows

I used different contractors and one of them put in the 4 windows in front of the house. After he did that, I thought the work was very good, but a little pricey. I did some shopping around and ran across Adams Exteriors LLC. I did some checking on them and they seem to have a little bit of history. I really liked after talking to the guy, there were no high pressure sales and he was very informative. It was about $500 less than the other company. The work was comparable, but I would say that they are better. He was busy at the time and he did not get back to me.

Our windows were so bad that we could feel wind blowing thru them. We got 3 estimates but couldn't believe the prices that they (all 3) wanted. A friend of ours had used Adams Exteriors for their windows, so we got an estimate from them too... they were our 4th estimate and the only one that seemed reasonable. Christian seemed more interested in talking about the windows than actually selling them to us. No - high pressure... just very easy going. The 8 windows were replaced in one day, so I didn't have to take a lot of time off of work. The installers were nice enough and everything seemed to go smoothly. Now, I have 8 new energy efficient windows - I love them. I'm not the type to go out of my way to recommend a company but I do appreciate their honesty and low pressure way of doing work.
