Susan Adair was very easy to work with. I had originally hoped to do my whole house, but decided I couldn't afford that and still get the flooring I decided on. She wrote an estimate for the whole house and revised it when I decided to only do two bedrooms for now. I explained what I wanted and she helped me choose several samples to take home. The installers worked late to get it finished in one day. I did find glue spots on the floor and they did not clean up the glue that seeped out from the transition pieces in each room. I was able to clean it up, but I think they maybe tried to hurry to get finished and were a little sloppy.
I plan on using them again and getting the same flooring when I have the funds. Overall, a very good experience.

We ordered laminate flooring for one bedroom and one office in our home. Set appointment for Thursday installation several weeks hence. Had to be Thursday because hubby works from home and he would be gone that day. Thursday comes and no one shows up. Around 2 p.m. I call Adair's. She says that installation crew is in another city and will not be finished that day. I remind her why we specified Thursday because of hubby's work schedule and ask if there is no other crew she could call upon. Evidently not, because she calls installation guys again, then calls me to say they will be there later that day.
One of the installation guys shows up around 5 p.m. with the material but no tools--the other guy is stuck in traffic. By this time I have already ripped up the carpets in both rooms (including tack strip) and cleaned the subfloors. He nails down subfloor and proceeds to do what he can which is mostly sit around and wait, with me trying to persuade him to go home and come back the next day. But he now feels responsible for the problems and is determined to make things right. Other guy finally shows up around 7:00 p.m. and they lay about one third of the office floor. They are both obviously exhausted and it's getting pretty late so they finally give up and go home.
Next day hubby has to buy a special $40 cable in order to use his computer in the living room. Floor gets installed satisfactorily. Right after guys leave, however, we notice some loud smacking noises in a couple of spots and also that some of the flooring is nailed to the subfloor with finishing nails. We inquire at Adair's when we pay the balance of the payment (big mistake!). Mrs. Adair says they and quot;have never heard of this happening before.and quot; If we want it fixed, we and quot;should contact the installers directly.and quot;
In short, schedule was badly messed up and caused us great inconvenience. Followup by Adair's was inadequate. We love the look of the floor although those spots still and quot;smack,and quot; but we want nothing further to do with Adair's.

He was very professional. Their quote was about $9,000. He was very nice and very personable. He doesn't seem to know his information on hardwood.

We had mold remediation done to our house, which meant we had to replace all the floors in our house. We took the opportunity to upgrade by having wood floors installed in the kitchen, living room, den and hallway, put in new carpet in the bedrooms and all the walls and cabinets painted. Adair's(Susan) was great. Susan took a lot of time to to explore the different options available to us while also having a keen interior decorator's eye towards what would work best in our house. She showed us several different cost and quality options, and she hired the contractors to install the carpet and flooring. The contractors were very professional, quality craftsmen while also very conscientious and reliable. We now have a totally new looking and updated home and the wood floors and kitchen (the granite countertops and backsplash) are to die for. We could not have done this project without Susan's help, patience and professionalism and her pricing was very competitive and fair. We highly recommend Adiar's for your home projects.

They did a great job. They are really great to work with. If anything goes wrong, they back that up and will come out and fix it.
