Ace Mowing

This is the second of two services. The first service was a regular mowing that was performed as expected. However, after that first mowing, I was asked to see if I'd like to pay upfront for the rest of the mowing season in exchange for 15% discount. My yard was to be mowed every other week until October 30. The owner of Ace Mowing, Ryan Tennyson, responded once to my persistent phone calls and emails and said that he was in Houston and had some equipment in the shop. He said he'd be back in Dallas to get caught back up. After that, I did not hear from him again. After I contacted some of his other clients via email and posted warnings on Craigslist about his services he finally called me and said that he would refund my money. His call was extremely rude and threatening. I would never do business with this individual again. To this day I do not know if he was trying to scam me (and others) or was just horribly incompetent at communication with customers. I just hope that I get my money back.
