Was fast and knew exactly what he was doing. Even caught a mistake from the last time my locks had been rekeyed which was downright scary. Wish I would have found him sooner!

I contacted him late last night. He called today and set up an appointment. Showed up on time and was super pleasant. This is my second time using Acapulco (first time was seven years ago) and he continues to be professional, warm, clear and capable. I would use him again.

I called Mike because I had used him three years ago and was satisfied then. He was able to meet me at my convenience on the same day and re-keyed all the locks in a short amount of time. Everything went smoothly andI will definitely use him again if needed.

Mike called when he was running late and then showed up on time at the estimated time. When he couldn't fix our lock, he ran out to buy a new piece. All in all he was efficient and our door/lock works better than ever!

Timing is everything when you are trying to juggle services in order to have something repaired or replaced. My water heater died and I arranged for a company to come out to replace it later in the day. Problem was the garage door was padlocked shut and I had lost the key. It needed to be removed for access.
I called a locksmith the day before and was given a morning appointment which was perfect. About an hour before he was supposed to arrive this morning, he called to cancel. I then called Acapulco Locksmith. He told me he could be out in about an hour. He was prompt and got the job done quickly. Needless to say I was thrilled.

Great! Michael was very responsive. He had a busy schedule this week, but was honest and realistic about his availability. I hate it when repairmen overbook and end up canceling or coming hours late. Michael scheduled a time with me and showed up exactly when he said he would. He also called an hour ahead to confirm (which I love).
He obviously knows what he's doing and is very skilled. He very quickly fixed my deadbolt. I'd definitely use him again and recommend him.

Excellent - the lock is secure and working perfectly. The locksmith was punctual, very pleasant and competent, He said that the lock did not need to be replaced and that he would fix it. This is what he did. He also said the lock should work fine for may years to come, but to contact him in case we had any problems. We highly recommend him!

Michael was great...he really took care of me. The only thing I did not like was the charge of $10 for a door plate...kinda high for such a small piece. Not a huge issue and i will use him again, as well as recommend his services.

He said he would be there at 11:45 and he was spot on. He told us from the begining that he took only cash so we prepared. I would certinally recomend this service again!

Front door deadbolt broke late in the afternoon at my Mom's house...had been very hard to open and close for weeks due to shifting of house during extra hot weather. Bolt was frozen and could not be opened despite knob turning and key turning. Michael was able to come within 30 minutes, was very efficient and professional. Knew immediately what to do...had the necessary part in his van...and adjusted the strike area without causing future problems. I felt at ease...Mom is worrisome when it has to do with security. She already added him to her contacts in her cell phone! Has owned his business for 20 years.

He answered my call. He was on another job, so he said that he would call back. He did, and confirmed that he could come immediately. He came by and completed the work in about half and hour. He was very courteous and professional. He also explained why my old key always got stuck and did not work properly. The keys he made for me worked like a charm. He gave me a detailed invoice and left his card. I was very pleased.

I had used them earlier to replace the front door. He was really good. He did not charge me for anything when he came out the last time. He was really responsive and came out the same day. He is really friendly.

Mike answered his phone and scheduled a prompt appointment, showing up exactly on time. He re-keyed several locks on the spot. I was impressed with his overall professionalism and service so I requested he come back 2 days later to do some more locks and install a deadbolt. I am very happy to have my locks re-keyed and feel safer and more secure. Call him!!!!!!

I called Mr. Rodriguez around 4:00pm on Nov 26 to have a spare key cut. He was very polite and said he could do the job immediately. Could not be more pleased, and I thank him for being so accommodating the day after Thanksgiving.

MIchael made the appointment time and was on time. Called first to say he was on his way. Diagnosed that the entire lock did not need to be replaced, just the latch. Fixed it and did a great job. Fast, professional. Hire him!

Side door lock disintegrated, I took out lock mechanism, but then door was left wide open for anyone to enter. Acapulco Locksmith came out (this was a Sunday) and installed new latch. There was a weekend surcharge, but work was done very quickly and professionally.
