Heating and Air Conditioning Service
THE TECHNICIAN THAT WAS INITIALLY SENT TO MY HOUSE SUPPOSEDLY FIXED A FREON LEAK, AMONG OTHER THINGS. HOWEVER, ABOUT 2 DAYS AFTER HE LEFT, THE A/C WOULD NOT COME ON, AND I HAD TO CALL FOR SERVICE AGAIN. THEY SENT OUT A SR. TECHNICIAN THE FOLLOWING DAY WHO, THANKFULLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. HE ALSO DECIDED TO CHECK ON THE FREON LEAK "REPAIR" THAT THE FIRST TECHNICIAN "PERFORMED", AND IT TURNED OUT THAT IT WAS STILL LEAKING! IF THE SR. TECHNICIAN HADN'T THOUGHT OF GOING BACK, AND CHECKING THIS, I WOULD'VE NEVER KNOWN IT. ALTHOUGH I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE SR. TECHNICIAN'S KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS, IT WAS FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO BE INCONVENIENCED, AND HAVE HIM COME OUT TO CORRECT SOMEONE ELSE'S INCOMPETENT WORK.
