What a fraud, ran off with $6000/- left the work in between, had to hire a new contractor to finish the job. Hired him to get two bathrooms remodeled, started the work, gave false promises and abandoned it in the middle. Tenants were without one bathroom for 6 weeks. Was referred by a close friend of mine who got at least 50k worth of remodeling done. Terrence uses sub-standard materials to keep the costs low. My friend’s bathroom started leaking 2 months ago and when he contacted Terrence he never showed up, now my friend is getting the work done from somebody else and they will have to rip the entire bathroom and redo the sub-par work done by Terrence. Be cautious and be vary of him. Man has no honor.

Great job in a timely manner

I hired Mr. Johnson about six months ago to put my vinyl floor down. I liked his work so I asked if he would paint the entire inside of my house which he did. When he finish my house looked immaculate. Oh let me not forget to say his customer service skills are awesome. He kept me informed through the whole process. Very experience not just starting out

Terrence is personification of exemplary workmanship and eye for detail. He goes much beyond in his work and does a very very fine job! We entrusted him for flooring, backsplash and a few lights to begin with but ended with kitchen makeover, painting the entire house, changing lights and fans, stairs and as I write this note Terrence is helping us with garage makeover and bathroom remodeling. He is a gem and did I see you canâ t get anyone more reasonable than him!!
