Do not hire this contractor, he is deceptive, dishonest, the depth of the fence post that I requested was bury 3 feet to sustain the life of an 8 foot board on board fence, the fence is barely buried 2 feet. The 24 ft gate fell on my utility shed due to there was no security guard stoppage to prevent the fence from sliding off the track, there is no footer to secure the gate, the track welded to the fence post & the track runs across the sod without concrete footer to secure & protect from movement & determination. Fence not properly stained, several boards cracking, bending & not properly nailed! The original look of the fence was visually appealing to the untrained eye, which I paid thinking he fulfilled the contract agreement, but in less than 2 weeks the flaws started showing right away! Several pickets are already splitting, fence spot stained on the interior as not enough was provided by Carlos Castillo the person who owns A2A Remodeling! Once he got paid he went silent.

They are where they say they are going to be when they say they are going to be there. This is a problem with many other contractors but my company really enjoys working with A2A and will keep them busy as long as we can.

Everything went really good and they finished the project on time .

Using a clearly written contract defining the scope of work in detail made the job go very smoothly. Carlos kept to the scope completed the work according to the draw schedule and was completed in a timely manner. The only delay was not on his part but due to delay in delivery of cabinets. The finished project was exactly as planned and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure it was completed as proposed. The scope included kitchen demolition and remodel, expanding a wall opening, remodeling a bathroom including tile bathtub surround, relocation and construction of washer dryer enclosure, and total interior repaint. I would use Carlos again for similar work.
