"Hi [Member Name Removed], it's been 8 years since your review. I just came across to your review and I would like to express my apology for your experience. I believe your review was meant for another business because we DID NOT install alarm systems until 2022. We stopped installing alarm systems since September 2024. In other words, there is no way we would have dealt with each other. I would hope you would correct this review or delete it all together. Thank you and happy holidays"

As far as repairs goes, it is much easier.  I can just make one phone call and get everything taken care of.  They are a local company and I know who I am getting.  Otherwise, it could be anybody coming.  They are very flexable on when they could come.  They gave me ideas on what I should be put.  I was very pleased with them.  Also, their monitor service is less expensive.  I feel that I am getting more for my money.
