Technician made service call and identified source of problems. We were called with estimate for repairs. Parts were ordered and repairs made within estimated time.

I had been trying for 6 months to get a stepper fixed that I bought on ebay, going back and forth with the seller in new york state, and multiple misteps, etc. When they finally gave up on their former service provider and found A1, things changed in a hurry. Nick came out, made a diagnosis and quickly fixed the device (on returning a second time after ordering the proper parts) (which save the folks in new york many dollars as it ended up being a couple of small electrical parts needed rather than the more expensive parts they had sent. In fact Nick told them how to just replace the brushes in the alternator rather than replace the whole thing, let alone replace the 400 dollar computer board that new york thought was needed.) He was proficient, pleasant, and deeply honest saving both me and the the new york seller many dollars.)
