Turns out she needed a new gas valve and he was willing to drive and get the part the same day! However, another family member wanted to "save" money and decided he would go buy the part and fix it himself, only to find out that the part wasn't available. So once again, I called Harvey to come to the rescue. At this point it was Saturday morning, and the part store was closing at noon. Harvey raced to the one store that had the part and returned to my mom's house and fixed the heater all just in time before the temperatures plummeted. The story doesn't end here though. It turns out the part that he was able to get on a Saturday wasn't exactly the model needed, although it worked to heat the house, it was too big and the furnace door would not close properly. Harvey offered to order the actual manufacturer's part and come back and reinstall at no additional charge. Sure enough, a few days later, he contacted me and he came out to install it. This shows his integrity for doing the right thing for his customer. I was skeptical that he would actually do this since I had already paid him. But he did! It's so good to have good people like Harvey you can rely upon!!

Carlton came out 1hr away on a Friday night. After troubleshooting the heater. He found a capacitor bad. Replaced it and works great since. I would highly recommend A-Z for any repairs or installation. His prices were more than 1/2 of what other companies charge plus he didn't charge me extra for coming out on a Friday night. Best technician I have met so far. Very knowledgable.

I called him at 8:00am and he was at the house working on the heater by 9:30am. He was very professional and discovered what was causing the issue. He had it repaired and fully functional in no time. He did a great job and even called me the day after to make sure everything was still functioning correctly. A++++

Gave free estimate on changing my AC/Heating system. He was early for my appointment. It took Mr. Harvey about an hour to give a proper estimate and size that I needed. 2 days later he pulled out the old equipment and installed the new one. Was very neat, clean, and professional while working in my home. Also helped finance the unit $0 down and no payments for 12 months. Will recommend A/Z to anyone that needs service.

Showed up 10 minutes earlier than he said. Was professional. He had to leave for a part but kept me updated. He also followed up a week later to see if everything was still running. I actually referred him to my cousin for service as well.
