We have been using them for twenty something years and they are very good.

I liked David. He seems very knowledgeable and the bait I had been using in trying to bait the cage trap from Home Depot was not effective (cat food). He gave me other bait ideas.
After his visit I trapped 8 young opossums and relocated them several miles away.

We have an annual contract with them. They are efficient and my wife said she loved dealing with them. They were punctual and very cordial. Everything was first rate, including their professionalism. They were very successful in getting rid of the rats. We have an ongoing relationship with them.

I have a yearly contract with them. I pay them every time they visit. Their performance is very good. I would highly recommend them. They are professional and knowledgeable. Their price is reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

Technician was quick to diagnose and demonstrate the issue. He inspected the property for termites and only found one "possible" tunnel and told me to watch the area and gave guidance to determine if an issue existed. He didn't try to oversell, and this was much appreciated.

First of all, we had been having 2-4 tv cables, telephone lines, security lines, etc being chewed up per month. The last straw was having 2 of our 3 A/C units go down while we were on vacation, returning on a Friday night with small children and 100+ degree weather. So, we called A-All Pest. They came out quickly and sealed up the vermin entrances within 2 days. After that they check the traps until they deemed our attic was pest free. They maintained the traps with non-poisonous bait so nothing would die and crawl into an inaccessible space in our large attic(s). Now we are on an annual contract so I call when I hear noises - and they always come out within 4 days or less. We live on a somewhat untamed creek so animals are part of the landscape anyway and it is a relief to contract for this service.

We had a rat(we guessed)in the attic which had chewed through sheetrock. David came out and checked all of the transition areas on the roof and around any possible points of entry. He also went into the attic to see what kind of trails might be found to try to determine if it was a rat or squirrel problem. He also checked the areas around our ridge vents to make sure they were properly installed. He determined that it did indeed look like a rat issue and suggested closing all of the transition areas that seemed to be inproperly installed. He closed off nine transition areas with mesh and flashing and then placed five additional traps in the attic. We had already placed two traps in the attic. He baited all of them and screwed them down to prevent any animal from getting caught and then dragging the trap to an inaccessible area of the attic. He advised us to check the traps in a few days. When we did we found that we had caught 5 rats. We have not caught any rats since that time so it appears that all of the entrance areas have been sealed. We no longer hear any chewing. David was very professional and helpful.

We think A-All Pest Termite Exterminators are the best pest experts in the city. They were able to deter the squirrels without having to trap or kill them, so we didn't have to deal with dead animals. This is important to me. The device they use is guaranteed for a year and so far it has been working.
