I called the contractor, he showed up on time and completed the job same day. All OK.

Charlie is precisely the sort of person you want working on your home.  Professional, thorough, courteous, technically proficient and absolutely thorough.  Over the years, Charlie has repaired both my outside gate and my finnicky garage doors, and in the most recent set of repairs had to do repairs and adjustments to both.  As usual, he was on-time, very reasonably priced, and thorough in his repairs (this instance involved, among other things, both physically moving a great deal of dirt that was impeding the gate, and re-wiring a key sensor in the garage).

I came home to a garage door that wouldn't open. Upon interior examination, I found that one of the two springs had broken. I called Charlie and he said he could be at my house in about 30 minutes. I was amazed that anyone could provide same day service! He arrived at my house on-time and replaced both springs on my door along with lubricating and adjusting everything. I wouldn't hesitate to call Charlie for any garage door problem.

My home has 2 garage doors.  One did not have an automatic opener.  Charlie came out and removed one from the door I planned on using most and moved it to the other garage door so that one would be automatic.  He installed a new opener on my door I planned to use to park my car.  He had to re-work some of the wiring and installed a new panel at the door to my house.  It shows the time, temp, and turns on the garage light.  He also installed a keypad outside on the frame of the garage door.  I lover the new opener as it goes up and down so quietly.  It is right below my child's room so that helps tremendously when he is asleep and we need to use the garage door.  The best part was how neat and tidy the wiring is.  This home had some quick fixes done that were probably dangerous.  That was all fixed with this installation.  Charlie was quick, efficient, explained how he programmed everything including my car, and cleaned everything up before he left.  I have referred him numerous times and would use him again when the need arises.

My garage door has never been a problem, but I had noticed a few weeks ago that the chain was a little saggy. Yesterday morning, I went out to my car to find that my garage door wouldn't open. AT ALL. I was late to work, but I went back inside, looked online and found A+ Awesome Garage doors. Charlie picked up the phone on the first ring. He was at my house within the hour. 30 minutes later I was at work. It was amazing. Charlie is evidently the owner of the company. He was very professional, very funny and very fast. He also programmed my homelink gadget in my car to operate my garage door, which I didn't even know was possible! I couldn't recommend him more highly.
