The 911 team never disappoints. I have been working with them regularly for several years now, as a real estate agent. they are always super responsive and on time for every job. I can count on them for honesty and integrity as most times I'm off location and they are always professional when dealing with tenants and owners. I was very happy with the service I received from the 911 locksmith company. The dispatch person gave me an estimated arrival time, and the locksmith updated me with the phone call and text before his arrival. He was able to resolve both problems, and advised me as to the solutions and let me choose what work he would perform. Both problems were solved to my satisfaction, and the repairman was polite, neatly dressed, and easy to understand. I’m very happy with the service I received.

The charges you are referring to might be made through your insurance company. As you can see from previous reviews, we always try to be as accurate as possible when estimating over the phone, but in rare situations, estimates can fluctuate when the tech arrives on the location to find more complex or unique lockset not mentioned beforehand. That's why we offer a free on-site estimate and making sure that no work is done before an approval from the customer. We hope we were able to alleviate any concerns and make it right when we went back to complete the service, and match your cost expectations."

I once read you should find a locksmith before you actually need one. I discovered a few days ago that was good advice. I had just moved and one thing I could not find was my my U-Haul storage space key. The It 10 X 10 foot temperature controlled room stored a chair and dresser which hasn’t been removed because I could not not find the key. After 3 $170 bills, key or no key I was moving out before another payment. Since Angie’s List is now free so I chose 3 locksmiths, asked for a call back the First company to return my call (within minutes) meet all my requirements: 1. I had to vacate by 5:30 that day or pay for another $175 month, 2. It was already 1:30 PM and I needed a locksmith by 3:30 PM 3. I wanted the lowest cost possible for a professional job, * The first callback was best from a company called «911 Locksmith Security» Paying $175 for unneeded space to due to a lost key had to end. The last day I could move out, I decided to find a locksmith that could open the lock by 3:30 PM so I could be out by 5:30. 1. Angie’s List was the first company I tried I where I the best price, service by 3:30, and $80 fee (later reduced to $70), 2. They kept me up to date on their estimated arrival, 3. My locksmith literally followed me in at precisely 30:30, 4. I had fastened the cylinder lock it with the key’s hole at the most difficult angle of attack, 5. I saved $100 in minutes. There was no transportation charge or other surprised. Just $70 to open my lock. This was my first time using a locksmith and everything exceeded my expectations. I now have a trusted locksmith in case the need arises again. My locksmith’s name was Fernando Tejada – extremely friendly, polite, accommodating, quick, well trained, 100% professional locksmith. He called 30 minutes before arrival and confirmed he’d be on time (and was, to the second). The U-Haul Manager watched and admitted to being impressed as well. My sincere thanks to 911 Locksmith and Security (911-locksmith.com) and Angie’s List (angieslist.com) for making me $100 richer while enjoying a rare perfect customer experience.

I called the company and scheduled an appointment. I reconfirmed the scheduled afternoon appointment on the morning of the day and asked for a rough estimate from the receptionist. The technician called 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive and said he would arrive in 15 minutes. He was right on time. He inspected the work to be done and gave me an estimate. He worked for a little over an hour and did a good job.

Used a great deal they had on Angie's list. They re-keyed all locks on a rental property. They sent an email confirmation of appointment and a text before the tech showed up. Showed up in the time frame given. Worked quickly and was very professional. Would use again.

It was great! Called to see availability as we needed someone quick. They called to let us konw the technician was on his way and I received a text. Benny was here within an hour! He was very fast and good at what he does! Opened our door and made us new keys. Will definitely use again if we need help!

Foundation had shifted just enough to make closure of back door problematic and caused us to abuse the deadbolt. Benny showed up at 8:10 on an 8 to 10 a.m. window. He came in, reviewed the issue, quickly talked me through the cost and its various components, went out to his truck, came in with what he needed to take care of everything in probably 15 minutes or less, took CC payment on his tablet, and was on his way in a flash. Door works great now, wife very pleased, will definitely use again (if needed).

Outstanding! Benny did an excellent job explaining how things worked. That allowed me to make the best decisions about what I needed. The install and repairs were done expertly and quickly. Very professional and I would most definitely have him back and/or refer him to a friend. I consider him to be a very positive "find." His prices were very competitive and he explained all the differences and saved me a fair amount of money over my original thinking!

Benny Zavadsky, 911 Locksmith and Security arrived in a company vehicle. After we spoke about what I wanted, he went right to work. It was obvious that he had a lot of experience installing locks, because when the lock did not move smoothly, he knew just how to fix it. He then discussed how to set the code, which he spent time explaining it to me. I’m really glad he did that, because now I know how to change them. The final lock implementation was flawless. It worked perfectly and it’s a nice improvement on our old lock. I wished I had found this company early in my research; it would have saved me many hours. Thanks Benny for doing a great job.
