Description of Work: This company was located on the opposite side of town. It is a small company that relates well to all functions of IT Services. I had purchased a new laptop and I-pad and when I had problems with the computer transition back to the States they quickly got me set up and corrected some of my web services which had deleted my address for unknown reasons. They handled my problems faster than anticipated and were able to speak to me in my non-IT language. I will return.

Description of Work: Lightening has struck our ours and damaged our computers (2 desktops and one laptop). they are excellent at data recovery at reasonable pricing. Hardware pricing will seem a little higher than what you can get from HP or Dell (just so you know I work at one of the aforementioned companies) but the quality of parts they use internally is actually a step above what the previously mentioned manufacturers will use. So the slightly higher price is justified. The folks doing the builds (despite looking somewhat young) actually really know what they are talking about and doing.. I would recommend them..especially if you have some customized needs or a specific detailed function that the PC needs to fulfill. They have been around for awhile as well so they are not a group that has just popped up on a street corner and may be gone in a month. That is really important when looking at providers in this area..(and their support is good) so there ya go..a good local find in Plano Texas...

Description of Work: I had a 6-year old PC with a crashed hard disk drive. Of the 250GB HDD 14GB was considered to be corrupted sectors. I asked them to recover as much data as they could and then to build me their "Work Station" model desktop PC and copy the recovered data onto the new PC's HDD.
