Very poor quality. We have had our blinds less than a month and 2 of the 5 motorized blinds are broken. Customer service has been "escalating" our ticket for a week without any solution or anyone contacting us. Low quality product and low quality customer service

First, the good: The blinds themselves are nice. Beautiful color, quality, and supports automation. The bad: It took three separate orders and installation trips for 3 Day Blinds to install our 12 blinds. To make matters worse, the sales ladies mis-measured one window which caused a large delay. We have recently noticed, with all of them lowered, that the lengths are not consistent. Some blinds go down to the window-sill and others stop 1-2" above. The kicker for me, and is why I would NEVER recommend using this company, is that I specifically asked about compatibility with my home automation hub (Home Assistant). The saleswoman assured me that the blinds support IFTTT. When we received the blinds and finally got the hub set up, indeed the App says its supports it! When you try to use it, you get an error. I emailed technical support and they told me its' no longer supported. If you are looking for blinds, automated or normal, I would recommend you look elsewhere. Very disappointed and will never do busines with them again.

After some miscommunications, we were able to get together and set an appointment. Corey was very professional, courteous, promptly arrived. He spent time explaining what my options were and helped me decide on one. He also had a sample of a honeycomb shade. I will definitely recommend him and 3 Day Blinds again. The company makes their own shades and do not rely on other companies to provide materials.

I furnished the fabric. They measured for valances over three doorways ( 2 smaller doors plus one larger opening). Finished first half (2 smaller doors) of the job perfectly; the second half (larger opening) took 14+ weeks and multiple calls, texts and begging to receive delivery. They said they were coming and when no o e showed up I reached out to receive excuses after excuses. When they finally arrived the deliver man wanted to just give me the valance ... Not installed-just dropped it off. After suppling a ladder, the delivery man helped me lift the valance into the brackets but would not secure it. He was too busy. . . said he had another job to get to. I was more than disappointed. Avanti craftsmanship on this second valance is so poor I’m embarrassed. Too long (from the ceiling), wrinkled and the seams were very noticeable (not hidden in box pleats!). This is their second attempt to finish this order. The first time they came to install the valance it did not cover the opening (side-to-side). Not wide enough to frame the opening. This time it fills the opening (side-to-side) but is too long (the drop length from the ceiling). The designers that came to measure were kind but craftsman, not so much! I suggest you try another company for manufacturing/craftsmanship and installation in window treatments. This group is a headache!

The blinds finally came in and 3 of them didn't work and the valances were not 3 pieces but one. When they brought the working blinds back one of the 3 front windows was crooked and it took 2 more re-dos to align the slats with the other 2 blinds. The contracted blinds installer was the best thing about the whole transaction. He got the valances to look OK and put up the cornice boards for me. I had to make a lot of phone calls to get it right.

It started out fine but devolved into a quagmire. Corey, the salesman, was prompt and well versed in customer service. He took the measurements and we ordered valences for all the windows and shades for 4. Corey said if we had any problems to call him. This was on 7/11/2018. Everything was installed 07/22/2018. They looked good so we decided to order shades for the 3 remaining windows. I called Corey who said he already had the measurements and all he needed was 50% of the cost. The next installation was scheduled for August 2. The installer arrived, shook my hand, and was, initially, very chatty. As he began the shade installation he was having difficulties. He became very quiet and suddenly he asked who did the measurements. When I told him it was Corey he mumbled about Corey's lack of measurement skills. Meanwhile, my husband came through the back door. As he passed by me I told him that the installation was not going well. My husband went into the den to see what was happening whereupon the installer turned to him and demanded in a clipped tone to know which windows he wanted covered. My husband said all of them. The installer then told my husband to clean out his ears and answer the question. My husband responded that he did not appreciate the bad attitude. The installer began mumbling and cursing and my husband told him to leave our home. He angrily went out the front door with two of the shades and my husband locked the door behind him. The installer promptly returned and started pounding on the door and yelling about getting his tools. I told my husband to let him in to recover his tools at which point the installer did some more cursing. My husband, who was being disrespected in his own home, stepped out of the room for a minute. The installer picked up his tools, said "I don't need this ****" and left. The next day the lead installer came to our home. He was very professional. He remeasured the windows and found that one of them was 1/4" narrower than the others. He also took the shade which the angry installer had left. I tried calling Corey to discuss the situation but he did not return my call. Meanwhile our "case" was assigned to Wendell in California. Wendell called, informed me that our call was being recorded, and said the mis-measured shade had been reordered. Yesterday, 08/16/2018, the installer arrived 45 minutes late and only had 1 shade. At this point I said this has to be finished today. After another 45 minute delay to pick up the other 2 shades he installed them within a half hour. Now that the shades are installed, my husband tried calling Wendell to complain. Wendell has not returned his call. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered.

Everyone was very nice. Product is of good quality. However, "3 Day Blinds" is a very misleading company name. My consultant came on 5/14. Then they send someone to measure a week later. Then the blinds arrived and were installed on 7/10. 8 weeks or "57 Day Blinds". And of course you have to be home for their 2-4 hour window each of these appointments. Just be aware. It is not a quick process!

Consultant lied to me and told all products made in USA. I did not want foreign made and told him so. He lied to me to get my business. I had terrible service, when came to measure person stood on my couch in his dirty socks so did not have to use a ladder. Windows were measured multiple times and as they measurements were not the same from side to side I should have been told shades would be unlevel and shutters would have been better. I was not told this, and instead proceeded with order. Shade installer damaged almost every window and left a mess and horrible unlevel hangings and partial trim and valance pieces. I even had to tell him things were crooked and screws not in all the way. He actually insisted I was seeing things wrong and I asked if he had a level to determine who was correct. He said someone borrowed it and he did not get it back. Is this not a standard for someone installing things in your home? He had been there for so many hours I was now in tears at this terrible experience and awful result. I had to have another installer fix these problems. I called the manager, explained the situation and tried to stop shutter order because of dissatisfaction with shades. I was told shutter coming from China and could not stop order. Told again wanted stop order and full refund as the product was not USA made as I was told. Was told would investigate matter. Meanwhile shade parts came and box said made in Mexico. Called again and asked why I was lied to about shades as well. Asked for full refund and return of all products. Was told would investigate. Just notified will not issue any refund. I cannot believe this company is getting away with this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they misrepresent themselves with foreign products claiming made in US. Installers (at least one of the one I had) had no respect for me or my home, damaged my property and left a mess for someone else to fix. I now have a house full of product from Mexico and will be stuck with Chinese made product and a house full of jerry-rigged shades full of shims and bolts. Get another company to do your business with or you will be sorry like me.

I wanted specific coverings for the back of my house. When they came, they were not what I wanted and the designer lied to their customer service center about our initial order. He said he had warned me about the outcome, which he didn't. the company refused to give me a refund for that room and treated me like I was a liar. They had me in a position that I either had to order something else or loose my money. I ordered something else which was about $200 cheaper and had to fight with them to get a refund on the difference. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would never use them again,

Very well.  They were here April of 2015 about a year ago.  I think they were a bit over priced and it took so long to get them.  I would have to say it's a good quality.  It took so long for them to make them.  They were professional.  The salesman was very nice and he was very professional and he knew his stuff.  The people that came to install them, they were kind of not very nice, they were efficient and put it in and everything but they didn't put it in place.  They were fast and they did the job but they didn't put things back in place.
