The original quote was for $1000.  We live on a long lane.  When they delivered the furniture, they wanted to charge additional $75 per 50 extra which was not part of the original quote and also were going to drop off the furniture at the end of our lane.  The driver called his supervisor and he and my wife went back and forth for quite a while.  My wife called 6 friends to come out and help.  Once they came out, the driver said he would go ahead and deliver up to the house due to liability concerns.  When he did, he took the blankets and left the cardboard for us to clean up.  They were rude and spoke very unprofessionally to my wife and I would never recommend them to anyone!

This is one of the worst company to deal with. Their customer service, dispatch service sucks. All they want to do is lock you in contract and change price on you when they show up. There is no way to back off.
They tell you one date and change it, won't communicate with you, even after trying with numerous emails, voice mails etc.
Our experience has been horrible. Do yourself a favor, try some other company. Do not believe their low ball quote, it is a complete scam.

We haven't moved yet and we are going to use them. I don't know what is the final deal is going to be yet. The thing I like about this guy is that he gave me a lot information about moving and he also stressed several times that they are not a broker. I pray that is true because everyone states that is the biggest nightmare about moving. He told me a lot of stuff about like how things have to be packed. How it is easier to use a medium size box than a large box and bunch of stuff. He just gave me a lot of information from the first phone call. Most of the other companies all they say on the first phone call is can we come out give you a bid. They don't tell you anything else. The quote was reasonable. They were the easiest to work with. The biggest thing is they gave me a lot of information.

The orginal quote was 4500 to move from Dallas to St. Louis. Once they came and loaded the truck I was told the new price would be right at 9000. Classic bait and switch. I was told that I should recieve my goods in about 5-7 days that was on April 10th it is April 28 and I still don't have my furniture. Not I'm being told it won't be before May 7th. Any time I call I get the same person Veronica.. I select customer service.. I get her.. I select dispatch.. I get her. I can not get a concrete delivery date. I called and they told me me to check back next week. I have my contracts and I will update anyone that wants to use this company. I know they are holding my things til they can schedule a move back from St. Louis which is unethical since I was charged for gas round trip

They did a good job and packed up my belongings and delivered them in a timely fashion. They worked quickly as well.

We got several quotes using Angies list for movers. We chose 24 hour movers. Their quote was not the cheepist, but they were polite on the phone and were very helpful with all my questions. They were very helpful on what needed to be done before they arrived. They sent 4 men that had the apartment loaded onto the truck in no time. Everything was very carefully wrapped, taped and labled. 10 days later the truck delivered the stuff to its new home. They called the day before to let us know it was coming. We live down a very tricky privet drive and the truck driver very carefully backing the (very large) truck up so that it could be unloaded very easily. The movers unloaded the items and placed them exactly were we wanted them. Some needed to be reassembled. Everything went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to contact these mover again. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

They have their own employees and they pack and deliver. The guy who gave the estimate was there. He worked with me. They were fair and he explained everything. I thought they were very straight forward.

They showed up on time. They did a good job of wrapping the furniture with pads to provide protection. They boxed a few misc. items plus one flat screen 46 inch TV. They did NOT explain that this limited packing would be SUPER EXPENSIVE!!! Also, they KNOW that they will be using a substantial amount of tape to secure the pads to the furniture, therefore, that known expense should be included in the estimate - INSTEAD, it is an EXTRA charge. My and quot;Extraand quot; charges for the extremely limited packing they provided plus all the tape was approximately $450.00!!!!!!
