Yes, I recommend this pro
The moving company has moved me and my family several times. The quality and timeliness was superb and I recommend their services to friends and business associates all of the time. I l have been very happy with their services.

Big mistake on my part to give them my move.
- They gave me a low quote on the phone, but when they came over to move took the price was way higher.
- They take 50% of the money upfront in cash, so beware. They take your stuff and money and after that hold you hostage on delivery
- My delivery took almost a month from pickup date, and had to call multiple times with no status update from them.
- After almost 20 days from the pickup, they told me the move was very hard for them as they could not find anyone to deliver it to my location. Why could they not tell me upfront before they took my money and stuff ? They knew where I was shipping it since the day I asked for a quote.
- The service after you give them your move is outright pathetic. It was almost like dealing with criminals.
- They never called to tell me my stuff has been shipped, only to be called by the driver who wanted to deliver it at 10:00 pm in the night
- The Delivery guy again looked for reasons to charge extra, had to pay him $200 more for taking it one extra floor
- Did not assemble the bed properly, cause he had lost a few screws.
- The delivery guy kept on asking for tip (more like threatening to tip him, or else)
In the end the whole experience felt like a day light robbery

I had checked yelp, BBB, and another moving site to research this non-Angie's list (as of today) provider.
Yelp - 1 star (one review)
BBB - 7 closed claims prior to 2013
www. moving.com
The first contact was on a Sunday morning and follow-up calls were given.  Very responsive prior to confirmation of contract.
The estimator came to the site on a Sunday.  I consider it great to be able to have somone come on a weekend.  He broke a ceramic item I had and did not apologize.  I asked a lot of questions and although they were answered, some concerns still linger.  I thought I was just being too concerned and decided to select them as a mover
I originally had to schedule the move on the 30th because they did not have availability on the 29th.  I had contacted them a few times to see if there were availabilities for the 29th, but there were not any. A few days before the 30th, they told me there was a cancellation and they will be able to pick-up items on the 29th.  I considered this good service for contacting me for the availability.
On the day of the move, I was called about 20 minutes prior to their arrival.  I told the staff that there were a few items that they will not need to move and if that would change the quote.  The staff gave an answer that was vague and caused more concerned because they did not seem trustworthy.  My question was brushed aside.  At the end, he finally told me that they will have to see how many cubic feet it took in the truck space.  It did not make sense because if he was able to come an estimate the cubic feet, why did he have to rely on a call from his staff to tell him how many cubic feet my items took in the truck.  The provider gave a $50 discount.
I was also given conflicting information (I will give examples of them).  The movers made a deep scratch on the wood floor with their dolly.  I had asked them to be careful, but I found another scratch.  Heavy boxes were piled on top of plastic boxes.  I prefer they would be more mindful and not do that since that my cause damage.  It appeared that they were more focused on moving fast than being careful with the items.  Each item was given a number (sticker) and listed in the inventory list.
While waiting for my items I had contacted the provider approximately twice or three times.  One called did not get responded after a few days and another voice message to the dispatch was never answered.
Prior to making the deposit, I was told that this is a family company who does not subcontract their work.  I was also told that the truck picking up my items will be the truck delivering my items. I saw that the movers who delivered my items had a different name on their moving truck (wouldn't that indicate that it is a subcontractor?).  I also found out , on the day the movers came, that the truck picking up my items is going to transfer my items to a bigger truck to transport my items.  I was very concerned because I did not feel I can trust the provider, yet I am already in a contract with them.
I finally was able to speak to the dispatch.  I was told that one of the drivers was sick.  After a lengthy conversation (one topic was that I recall being informed that 2 weeks from the designated date  is the latest they will deliver items), the dispatch told me he will call me to find out when the truck will leave.  He called me back with the information.
I was notified when the truck was leaving Dallas, TX.  The day before delivery, I was called to schedule a 2 hour window.  On the day of the delivery, I received a call one hour into the the deliver window and was told that the driver called in sick.  The staff notified me that she was not sure when they will be able to deliver but it will be done that day.
I received a call from the delivery staff notifying me that he is on his way.  He informed me that they will only take cash, no checks or money order.  Items were delivered.  The staff appeared a bit impatient when I wanted to make sure I see the numbers on the boxes (each box has a sticker to track inventory).  Some inventory number did not match the list.  Some of the plastic box top were cracked.  There was an item that almost got left in the truck because the fabric protecting the items had come off and the item number sticker was on the fabric.  In general delivery went smoothly.
