The manager modeled how uncaring the rest of staff acted about overcharging the bill. Lots of lies about when I would recieve my money back. Vindictive manager who was sarcastic in tone about the situation he had put me into.

Charged me a $390 deposit when no other utility provider charged a deposit when I moved. Paid for 12meg internet got less than 3meg. Took 4 service calls to correct all the time telling me my equipment was at fault. It wasn't and they eventually fixed issue. Lady service call has now left me with no cable TV. Waiting on service call 5. They didn't show up today like they said they would. On the upside, they billing department works great. I got a bill for 2 months of service with 2 weeks of signing up with them.
