Installation was not completed properly. Minter used 1/4-inch plastic tubing for drain line inside an interior wall. Standard is 1/2-inch pvc for drain lines, especially in interior walls. This was new construction, there was no reason to do this incorrectly. The cheap plastic tubing continually clogged, causing water to back up in the interior system and drip down the wall, ruining the drywall & the paint job. Eventually the interior system failed due to rust after only 3 years. This was just shoddy workmanship.
