DONT NOT! DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY! please listen to the bad reviews. This company uses third parties to deliver your items but claim they are not a broker. Cassy is not honest and provides inaccurate information. My quote changed 3 times. I was changed for additional cubic feet because they did not pack the truck correctly to charge more. When the truck got to Florida from Texas it was through another company called Absolute Relocation Services who also has terrible reviews (3.6 stars on Google) they want you to pay by Zelle or Venmo which is very shady because I was told I could use my credit card. I was told 10 days and then it changed to 14/21 days. Once the truck got to my home (at 4pm versus 11am) like I was told the truck was in less cubic feet and packed to the rim. The movers who packed my place initially were also very rude and was just throwing things in boxes. This was the most unprofessional experience ever. The make it look like they are the actual moving company but they are not.

They are okay, I did have a problem with them not disclosing the cost upfront, initially they quoted me for 6hrs and I wanted them to change it to 4hrs instead.. I asked the lady if the quote cost will be modified if the job takes less time than that and she assure me it will.. coming to find out on the day of the move that it is a 4hr minimum. So the job didn’t even take a full 2 hrs and I had to pay for a 4hr service.. to place the cherry on top of that.. they scuffed up my walls on a brand new house that we just moved in, the 3 guys were not considerate and wanted to shove a baby crib into the room. following to that their manager or lead, had the audacity to say that “the scuffing were already there”Ummm hello! it’s a brand new house with painted walls. nothing was there prior. I definitely would not recommend this moving company- the experience was not the greatest

The movers Cesar, Marlon, & Jose were professional and courteous. They packed items for me. They set up my beds and washer/ dryer.
