I talked to them over the phone in Maryland. She went out of her way to help me. She was phenomenal. She was very professional, step-by-step. Very personable and customer service oriented.

Rentals - Trucks
Ernest was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice change from my past experiences at other U haul locations, where there are long waits for pick-ups and drop-offs. They were very quick to get me set up and on my way. Drop off was hassle free and the equipment was in good shape. Good job Fenske!
