The pool does not function as a therapy pool, and the irrigation system is not what we asked for, doesn't work properly and our yard is completely tore up. They refuse to commit to date or time to fix anything. Do not use this company or Triton pools for any services. Mr. Herring is owner of both companies. Completion date on our project was to be 7/25/17. As of 9/20/17, it is still not complete. Major systems are not working. Owner doesn't care. Owner is an absentee owner and will not commit to telling you when people will be on your property.

**call the CALL BEFORE DIGGING before they start working if they will be digging in the yard. I was told twice they would take care of it, but I did it ahead of time. My cable line was busted because they didn't call on the first job.*** It was fixed and they offered to pay for any service charge I incurred. Just to be on the safe side, call yourself before having work done.
These guys earn their money! I contacted them a month before I acquired my property - they didn't give me an exact date of start - which was fine since it's outside work. I showed up to work in the inside of my home and they are half way done removing the bamboo jungle the previous owners planted. It was a full day's work with the yard. People are constantly asking who did our flower bed, and I have no more bamboo! I called them back to put in a sprinkler system this summer. The office knew who I was since the previous job was so large, they put me on the schedule before an estimate - this isn't normal, but I liked how I was treated. I did have a hard time getting ahold of the supervisor to schedule my estimate and payment. The summer is very busy. I'm understanding in that. It's sometimes hard to get ahold of the receptionist. Usually the afternoon seems to be the best time to call. Only complaint there. The only real problem I had is they did not show up on my scheduled install date. Only after the day was gone and I called did I get an explanation of they would be out within the next week (backlogged due to weather). They did show within that week on a partially rainy day so he could pull more crew in to lay the pipes. They were done in about 7 hours and all has been well.

I originally picked this company because a local radio DJ with a local garden show recommended them. I guess that set my expectations too high.
The guy that came out (MIke) claimed he could never find my house on his GPS. No one has ever had issues finding my house regardless of whether they use a GPS or an app on their phone. When I called him a week later with a follow up question, he couldn't remember my house, so to jog his memory I said mine was the house he couldn't find on his GPS. And he said there was more than one he had that problem with. At this point I don't think he even had a working GPS...which is just odd.
I went on vacation having yet to send in a deposit or schedule work to be done. I get a call during that week from a relative who was house sitting, that a crew showed up while they were running an errand, and had a lot of work done! Again, no appointment was ever made, and the back gate was locked.
None of they guys that were there spoke English, so my relative ended up giving me the number off a truck so I could find out what was going on.
After a few phone calls, the guy that came out called me because I was furious a company would come out without an appointment. He claimed the paper I originally signed gave them cart blanch to come out whenever! Yes, there is a clause at the bottom of the page giving my approval to come out to my property, but I NEVER thought that meant without an appointment.
- remove small pine tree from front (including stump and roots and sprinkler bubbler) - pine tree gone, no idea if roots/stump are gone or just below the grass, don't see sprinkler bubbler but I don't know if it was capped or just burried in the dirt
- remove drain pop ups at curb, replace with 2 inch pipe connection to existing 4 inch pipe, repair curb after cutting it to allow 2 inch pipe to drain to curb - this was never done, but at least I wasn't invoiced for the work
- spread lawn dirt over thin/bare areas of lawn - I don't see dirt anywhere on the lawn. My guess is the guy forgot to include dirt to fill in the hole from the tree, and all the dirt I paid for went in there.
- install flagstone walkway from driveway to back patio - it stopped at my back gate; one of the pavers was installed fully cracked in two; the pathway hugs a tree by my driveway causing you to have to duck or lean over if you want to (gasp) walk on the pathway
- trim roses /pull weeds in backyard mulch - weeds appear gone; roses were trimmed with power trimmer (for some reason I thought they would do it with pruning shears); other plants were incorrectly trimmed - ones that were behind some roses and in front of electrical boxes that are SUPPOSED to grow tall to hide these boxes
I ended up paying their invoice only because I was afraid if I waited to try and voice my complaints to their office management, I'd get slapped with a fee for not paying or have the bill reported to a collections company. I sent them a two page typed letter with all of my complaints. I'm waiting to hear back. If they do, and my complaints are addressed to my satisfaction I'll try and update this review (it's my first one so I don't know if I can or how).
Save your time and money. Poor customer service. Poor quality of execution. Find someone else.

I called to set up an appointment and it was difficult to get an exact date for service. They showed up without calling to let me know what day they would come. They also returned at some point without letting me know. They performed a sprinkler winterization service. The price was good but I probably won't return for any further service.

The work was completed in three days. The results are beautiful and we could not be more pleased. It was a pleasure working with their supervisor, Mike. He made many suggestions and he also took our ideas and translated them into landscaping. The crew showed up on schedule and worked diligently until the job was done.

Great! Very professional. More expensive than I anticipated, but I got top service for my dollar. They accomplished all work and clean up in one day.

They did an excellent job and came on time. They did the job and did more than we asked them to do. They were very pleasant, helpful and the price was right. They cleaned up after themselves very well and did a super good job. I don't know the price but it was fair.

Great Crew. Craig, the owner, is a stand-up guy who will do the right thing. Had to follow-up for a redo a couple of times, which is to be expected in this business, but they came through without any complaints.

After last summer's drought, I knew it was time to get a sprinkler system. I didn't want my lawn to suffer like last year. I requested a quote from Cypress Lawn & Landscaping after doing some research on the BBB. Joe arrived on time, did a thorough assessment of the areas I wanted covered and gave me a quote of $2,000. Not the lowest quote but also not the highest. He also said on irrigation systems, they don't charge less than $2,000 regardless of size. It was an absolute no pressure situation. After receiving numerous quotes from multiple contractors, I had the best feeling from Cypress Lawn & Landscaping and decided to go with them. Their schedule was pretty full so it took close to 2 months to get an installation date.
The irrigation team arrived on time and started promptly. Originally we had agreed on only 3 zones, but there is a small section by my deck that I asked to be covered. Joe told me that since putting in a 4th zone wouldn't put me over $2,000 they could just throw it in, which was a huge plus. They were able to complete the whole job the same day. Worked from 9am - about 5pm. Afterwards they demonstrated the system, activating each zone and adjusting heads accordingly. They used all Rain Bird parts from the controller to the sprinkler heads. The trenches they dug were minimal and not very noticeable. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards too.
All in all a great experience, I would definitely use them again for possible landscaping needs as well. The only negative that I could point out wasn't even in their control. The main guy Joe is usually on site for the jobs, but he had jury duty scheduled for today. Other than that great experience.
