He does great job! Very friendly and very clean.

Amazingly well. I purchased a new laundry sink that was slightly large than the old sink. Titan didn't have to do the carpenter work. The counter top needed to be made larger. They could have said, "get a carpenter in to fit the sink. But Titan did. I was very impressed with the nice work they did. Even the caulking was a professional job. Finished the job in an hour. I thought he cost was reasonable too.

They replaced the toilet, then had to come back where they found that the issue was NOT the toilet leaking, but actually the a/c drip pan in the attic being clogged and not draining. They snaked the clogged drainage pipe and cleaned the pan with bleach, which solved to problem till we could get someone from an a/c company to come out. Excellent service and VERY nice crew!

Greg answered his phone on the first call and made it to my house when stated. He suggested replacing the hot water heater due to an internal leak. The water heater was located in my garage with full access. They removed the original stand and some drywall with mold and replaced with a galvanized steel stand. The price was a bit high for a new company with little overhead but he was friendly enough and could do the work same day. I would definately use again if needed.

All the work was completed in less than an hour. The guys were extremely professional, my wife was completely satisfied with work and the friendliness of the crew. They also didn't mind our english mastiff being in the house. We now feel we have a plumber for life.

The service turned out great. I thought their service was excellent. I was very happy with them. I would recommend them again. They finished everything in one day. They came out and just did the work. Everything was taken care of that day. He was very nice. I really like him. I would use him again. He called me before he came out and he was here right on-time. He had a helper with him. They came in. They were really efficient. They did not make a big mess. They made sure everything was cleaned up and working. He gave me a warranty on his work. They were just really polite and got everything done in a timely manner. I thought it was great. He knew what he was doing. He was very professional and I am going to have probably some more work done in my house later on and I am going to call him to do it.

I didn't realize the cost of the inside work when done after the initial visit (had to get parts) wasn't covered by what I paid. Therefore additional charge for second visit. Had I realized, I would have call American Homeshield where we have a home warranty. This repair would have been covered and only cost $75.

I had very good experience with them. It was very quick. It was just a couple of days after the purchase. Everything was taken care of. They came here to do the job. It was evident when they walked in the door. They didn't get distracted or anything. They did their business and explained everything they had done. They took care of the business. I can't get any better than that. I would have to call them back. They cleaned up all the mess completely. When they were gone, the mess was gone with them. They were there exactly on time. They were attentive to the needs, explained things and they were proactive in doing it.

Called Titan Plumbing and Greg was out within 24 hours over the weekend! That was greatly appreciated because it kept me from having to take off work for this repair. He was professional and cleaned up after he was finished. I will definitly call upon them again in the future.

VERY WELL. Greg assessed the situation, explained the problem to me and what he had to do to fix the problem. He was quick, professional and willing to answer my many questions. He even asked for a vacuum to clean up some insulation that came down from the attic. I'll have him back.
