Description of Work: We wanted new shutters for our front windows and had a difficult time finding someone who would give us a late evening or weekend visit to get an estimate. When Melissa Wynne was contacted; she gave us an immediate Saturday appointment convenient to our schedule. There was no high pressure sales at our meeting and she openly discussed options with my wife and brought out issues that were important to our later total satisfaction with the shutters. We did have special concerns with our crown molding and these were addressed. She gave us a quote and when we called back to confirm we wanted to use her company; there was no change in pricing or what the product would be. In a week, the technician came out to make more accurate measurements and again at a time convenient for us. There might be a downside for some people in that it was several weeks (six I believe) from the first meeting to the installation. However, I can assure any potential customers that this is actually a positive in that the windows are truely custom fit for our windows as we had some weird measurements!!! It showed when the installers arrived and had the shutters installed in about 30 minutes. They brought them into the house and they fit like a custom fit shoe without any need for modifications. Bottom line - they were worth every day we had to wait to get them in. People love our shutters and even neighbors comment positively who have viewed them from outside the house. Thank you Mellissa for a wonderful experience.

 + -1 moreMelissa was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and then offer suggestions as to what would work best with our large windows. There was a small issue with setting up the installation appointment after the shutters were build, and Melissa took care of it immediately. Install was very professional and complete, and we are very happy with the way they look.
Description of Work: 4 panel plantation style shutters for two very large windows in the front of our house.

 + -1 moreMelissa arrived promptly for our measurement appointment. She was patient and answered all of my questions. She had photos to show me of different shutter options and made recommendations. After our initial meeting, I received her estimate via email. When I responded, Melissa was happy to answer all of my questions and modified the estimate to reflect all of the changes I made. I was contacted when the shutters were completed and scheduled an installation appointment. The installers were prompt and completed the work very quickly. The shutters match my trim color exactly and fit each window perfectly. We are very happy with our new shutters!
Description of Work: Measurements were taken and plantation shutters were constructed and then installed on the front windows of our home.
