The cost was for all material and labor (including the 7" engineering wood, compound to level my not so level wood foundation and all trimming).  The owner was pleasant to deal with, the installer was on-time and did a decent job.  They glued down the floor instead of floating it.  It supposed to reduce the noise.  Everything went smoothly.
The only thing I'm not completely satisfied with is the quality of the installation.  It was not bad but I noticed there were quite a few gaps between the wood panels.  Not sure it was because of the installation, or it was because my floor foundation was not level enough.

Service was great.  We love the new wood floors.  Trustworthy company - never had any doubts.

They did a very good job. They were always there when they said they would be. They kept me on top of everything. They kept me in the loop for everything. I never had to ask questions. They always answered my questions even before I could ask them. The quality of workmanship was really good. It turned out really nice. I have recommended them to several people. With regard to price, I did get three proposals and theirs wasn’t the lowest. But I was a little afraid to go with the lowest. I wanted the work done right done and not necessarily the most inexpensive. That's why I went with them. They also weren't the highest either. My husband and I had to go on a vacation. I left the key for them. They came in and worked while we were gone. I trusted them that much. The guy said that they did this all the time. He said that those guys were with him for a long time and that he trusted them to be in house or anyone else's house. I said okay, and that's what they did. I am planning to call them soon to come out and spec on a job for me.

On time and professional.  A couple of minor problems with both the floor refinishing and carpet installation were corrected immediately and well done.  Ryan Croft could not have been better to work with.

We visited Texas Floors multiple times before ultimately making a decision on the woods we wanted in the house.  They were always very helpful, patient and explained things very well.  This was our first time having woods installed in a home, so we were appreciative of the extra time they took to explain the quality, thickness, materials, possible leveling, etc... in order for us to make a decision.  Pricing was explained well, and we knew the total cost all-inclusive.
Installation was very smooth.  There was a minor issue with a piece of wood to finish out the stairway landing, but it was ordered and delivered as promised.
We look for service providers and contractors who explain things well, make us feel comfortable with the selections we're making and strive to deliver top notch service, and we were pleased with Texas Floors.

Things went way better than expected. Basically is was a complete kitchen remodel, 2 bath remodel and then all of the flooring. The level of communication is outstanding. They made some suggestions that saved us some money. We appreciated that. It was the level of communication more than anything. It was really a pleasure to have someone that communicated so well.

I am very, very happy with them.  They will probably finish it up this week.  Everything so far is going great.  I really like the guy because he has made suggestions of better ways of doing things as we go along.  I really appreciate that.  The quality of work has been excellent.  He has also had great communication.  I can not say enough about them. 

Amazing. We left town and handed the keys to them. We came back to a brand new house! The floors were amazing and we could not find any problems with them. We had a few extremely minor issues when they moved our furniture. The owners jumped on the problems immediately and came to inspect them on a Saturday. They are going to bring in someone to touch up the small scratches on the molding and fix a slight ding on one of our dining room pieces. Price was very competitive and they are extremely responsive. I will use them again when we need to replace our carpet in the next few months,

The house looks night and day different.  Ryan Croft is an ultimate professional and this was evident from the first minute he stepped foot in our home.  We had stark white carpet in our dining and living room .  We had cheap builder grade linoleum in our kitchen, guest bath, and master bath.  It is a very open concept house so we were befuddled on what to do.  As soon as Mr. Croft walked in he had great selections that gave my wife and I great suggestions and ideas.  One example is that Mr. Croft said, "You know what I would suggest in your bathrooms, since they are small, use the 20" tile so that it looks bigger instead of the 12" tile.  The difference will be night and day.".   We selected a dark pecan colored laminate to go in our living, kitchen, master bedroom, and dining area.  We put in the 20" tile in the two bathrooms.  They moved all of the furniture for us, put the felt pads on all of the furniture, and even put everything exactly back in place.  We started the project on a Monday and they were done with everything by that Thursday.  When I showed my wife the pictures she was blown away.  The laminate and tile were beautiful.  The craftsmanship was extremely precise.  You could tell that the installers of each products treated our house as if it were their own.  Even now, a month after the project, we look at the floors and we find absolutely zero problems with even the little details such as grouting and caulking.  Mr. Croft kept in constant communication with us on a daily basis and even after the fact to see how much we liked the product.  We were blown away by everything by not even stepping one foot into their showroom.  We will definitely utilize them again when it comes to replacing our laminate counter tops with  granite.  When it comes to customer service, quality products, and turn key project there is no one that could touch Texas Floors!

I have used them in the past and they were great. I have never had a problem with them, if you do have a problem, the owner will come out and take care of it right away. So, I have never had a problem with them.

Texas Floors was very efficient from initial estimate, to refining the estimate, and follow through of the job.

I started working with them in April.  The guy was awesome to work with.  He gave me little samples, and then he didn't bother me.  I had the samples during a period of time.  I had to go out of town a few times, and he never really hassled me at all.  He came in and gave me suggestions.  He brought the tile that he thought would be good, and nothing really popped out.  I went back and got some more samples.  He was very patient with me.  He never pushed or did a hard sell.  It was awesome.  I would recommend them tenfold.  The pricing was very good, I thought.  It was competitive; I did a little bit of shopping.  I checked three companies.  I would recommend them highly.
