I give them high marks on only one thing - they are never late in charging my credit card. Everything else is done poorly. I've tried so many times to improve their service by providing constructive feedback, asking questions, suggesting improvements like asking that they note the chemical readings on the door hangers they leave.

The problem is that they don't keep the chemicals properly balanced and algae keeps re-appearing even while the chlorine level is 2 to 3 times higher than it should be. They refuse to take water samples every week to test at the lab in their store. They don't understand the build-up of stabilizer residue that makes the chlorine ineffective.

Several times they have finished weekly maintenance without checking that the filters baskets are properly re-assembled. We had 2 times when we were not here and returned to find pumps running dry. One time the tech destroyed the gasket when he put the filter basket together. Texsun's response was to provide a small refund that barely covered the cost of the gasket replacement. This was months later and only after I threatened to dispute credit charges.

High cost, poor service. 

Dont trust them -- they will create more problems for you and charge you for the damage they do to your pool!

I made my initial request for service in May. I took several weeks for the technician to come out and then he needed ot order parts. I had to call several times to get him back out. They are very disorganizaed and have no follow thorugh. When he came back out he had ofrgotten what the problems were and had to order more parts. I've not heard from them since.

They came out the day after we called them to work on the pool. It took an hour to do the work. We have used the company for over a year. The pool filter repair was done on a high pressure filter, as the filter was clogged and needed replacing.
