Months after the pool installation was completed and Chris was already paid for the job, he continues to happily respond to additional questions that we have. When one of the sensors quit working on our pool, Chris immediately worked with the manufacturer to make the situation right. He takes great care of his customers before, during and after the process has been completed. Overall, what Chris said the pool would cost is exactly what it cost. He responds to all of our questions and built us a very good pool. We would not hesitate to use Chris or Sundance again.

 + -1 moreWe received bids from 4 different pool builders and Sundance won. We are so thankful we chose them because we could not be any happier with our pool and the whole process. Chris was very patient with us as we kept changing our minds about the pool design and placement of the spa. He came out several times to redraw the pool on our yard with orange spray paint so we could "sit" in the spa and look at the overall shape. Once the building started, everything went smoothly and quickly. The workers arrived early and worked hard all day. We have ha our pool now for 2 years and have not had any issues. Sundance is awesome!

Description of Work: Chris Whitlock, owner of Sundance pools built us a pool approximately 6 years ago and has been wonderful at designing, constructing and standing by his product. Chris was great through the design phase working to make sure my wife and I got exactly what we wanted in the price range we could afford. In the past few years we have had some minor warranty related issues, bad spa switch and other same issues, and Chris has always been there to make good on any issues. Earlier this Year my 9 year old was hanging on one our sprayers across the wall in the back of the pool and broke off the plastic tip. Upon contacting Chris, and to be honest expecting a little more difficulty on the warranty this time..... since it has been more than a couple of years, he sent his plumbing guy out within 24 hours and not only replaced the broken one but replace the other three as well. The real surprise came when I asked him what I owed him andinformed.....it was FREE!! It is rare to find such professionalism, integrity and commitment to customer service by any one nevermind a pool builder in Houston, Texas where many bad contractors are in the pool. We would not hesitate to use Chris and Whitlock Pools Again!!

 + -1 moreBuilding phase went relatively well, but there were discrepancies and surprises with the equipment provided. Quality of workmanship was good, however the (saltwater) overflow drain was later discovered to empty into the yard, and other misc problems went unresolved. Due to the lack of response to numerous calls, I cannot recommend this company.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE COMPETITIVE IN PRICE. BY FAR THE EASIEST TO WORK WITH. THE POOL WAS BUILT DURING THE BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR. THE RESPONSE TIME ON ISSUES WERE SOMETIMES SLOW, BUT THE QUALITY OF THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS POOL COMPANY. THE OWNER VISITS THE SITES HIMSELF!!
