One of best home improvement experiences I’ve ever had. Robert and Southern Roofing are extremely professional, thorough, punctual and really interested in making us comfortable with the process. Robert made 2 visits to my place so my spouse could hear about the proposal and see samples. Would definitely recommend!

It was excellent. My initial claim had been denied but Southern Roofing was able to get everything moving like clockwork. He did everything that he said he would do and had the new roof on with only 1 day of installation. It was efficient and went according to plans. I have recommended them to a neighbor as well. They even lived up to their referral program with my brother and sister-in-law who had recommended Southern Roofing to me.

Work was very well done. Southern Roofing was very responsive in getting people out to provide and estimate and in getting the work done. They also came out quickly to repaint to better match the color. Workers were professional and punctual and the office staff was pleasant to work with.

We got a total of 3 estimates ranging from $9,000 to $23,000. All A+ to A- better Business Bureau rated. This was in the middle but also included the gutters. Our house is only one story and maybe not that large of a job. But they showed up at 8 and brought everything in, removed the old roof, fixed the decking underneath, put on the new roof which was an upgrade over our old roof as we went with the Architectural shingles which can take wind up to 130mph. By 4 pm they were done cleaning up, all the nails removed. This crew really worked hard and completed the job in one day. I am so glad I went with them. Others wanted to park material in your yard before, have you remove all the pictures etc. from the wall. They did none of that. Very clean and well done. Gutters are all seamless and one piece. Wonderful and they matched the color of the house. I highly recommend this company they deserve their A+ BBB rating.

After finding hail damage, he walked me through the entire process, including insurance claim, and provided a quote. Phil and the entire Southern Roofing team that worked to replace my roof were very professional. The old shingles and felt were removed and the new room put on in one day. The post-job cleanup was also excellent. I could not be more pleased.

They were amazing. They came in and removed everything really nicely, and then put up the new roof and cleaned up everything really well. I was please with how everything was done, throughout the process and after as well. They were also very good in explaining how the insurance works and what's the process of claims for insurance purposes. They were really helpful with the process. They spoke with the insurance people for me as well. The cost was basically to cover the roof and their services. Insurance covered a portion of the services so we spent about $6000.

The inspection and repairs went very well. On time for inspection and repairs 2 days later.

They were very good. They were the best estimate.They came out and did the job in one day. They said they would come out one day, they did, came out the next day to clean up and they were gone. They showed me exactly what they were going to do, they gave me a good warranty on it. Made sure I was happy.

Once approved, they came out and in one day removed my roof, replaced all the wind turbines and put on ridge vents for my ventilation system and then roofed it with a Timberline High Definition shingle that I absolutely love.  They did a great job protecting my shrubs, cleaning up and sweeping for nails.
