I used Ron Austin's Discount Blinds back in 2008 for the first time. I was very pleased with the service then, so much so, I remembered them when I recently purchased my new house at the end of 2014. I called them up and they very punctually scheduled an appointment, came by and gave me an estimate. The price for nearly 20 windows (some which are not standard sizes) I thought was extremely reasonable and it includes installation. When the blinds came in, another guy came out to install the blinds. Very quick, very efficient! I wouldn't go to anyone else to buy my blinds!!!!

The decision as to what kind of blinds we chose was made at the downtown location with a great deal of assistance from their consultants. The installation started a bit late. The installer arrived ninety minutes late, but at least they called to inform me of this. Once he arrived it did not take long to put in the hardware and install the blinds. He did very little talking and finished in four hours.
