He arrived on time at my mother-in-laws home on Thursday while my 93 year old mother-in-law was taken to the beauty shop with her health care lady. He discovered that the ballast in the "old" type florescent fixture was bad. He recommended replacing the ballast type fixture with an energy efficient LED type. he gave a price for doing the work which I agreed with. He ask me if he could get the items and come back Saturday or Sunday afternoon to do the installation. I agreed since there were other lights in the kitchen. He arrived on Saturday at the appointed time this time with a helper. The fixture is on a 12 foot high ceiling. After replacing the fixture and removing tools and parts, he quoted the same price as Thursday. The new fixture gives out more light. The whole time he and his helper were present, they conducted themselves in a very profession and respectful manner. I will certainly use his services again.

He did a great job, was easy to work with and easy to schedule. you could tell the most important part of this job to him was my satisfaction. I thought hos price was more than reasonable as well. jave already reffered a neighbor and will hire again.

Let me start by saying WOW!! I am so happy I didn't go anywhere else, the service that was provided by far the greatest I have ever had. The electrician knew what he was doing, he was very professional, well mannered, organized, neat and on time. I HIGHLY recommend!

He has done a brilliant job. I had a couple others look at it and they couldn't figure out how to get the menus up. He was able to do it quickly at a very reasonable price. I find him very creative; high quality, well trained and very responsive to questions and needed assistance.

We called Randal and explained our situation and he came over, looked at the things we talked about and gave us a more reasonable price than others we had talked to. He was over the day he said he would be, on time and finished the work on the date he had stated to us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous doing the work and answering all questions we had. We would most definitely hire his again and recommend him to others.

If I could rate my experience an A+ I would, he definitely deserves it. I was amazed by the professionalism, and the way everything was explained to me not to mention the great prices, everything he said would be done was done and ON TIME. If your looking for an electrician, don't look anywhere else! This is the place/guy to go to. I will without a doubt use this service again.
