Renee has pulled out all the stops to market our home, especially in a market that has slowed down and is quickly becoming a buyer's market. The home is listed on many web sites with search engines designed to spotlight our home, has been advertised in the newspaper multiple times and Renee has conducted numerous open houses. A postcard and email campaign is also planned. She has not hesitated to tell us what is needed to sell the house and discusses all options. While the home is not yet sold, it is not due to lack of effort on Renee's part and we are certain that we will be successful soon, primarily due to the amount of interest and traffic we have had in the home. We highly recommend Renee Phillips as your real estate agent of choice.
