It went great. Rick and his crew did a fantastic job. They came on time and finished on time.When they were done, the only way you knew they had been here was that everything was new. We would use Rick again if we ever need any more concrete work.

There were a number of weather delays at the start of the project, and Rick was very good at keeping us informed of when he felt a sufficient dry spell was coming which would allow him to prepare the area and pour the concrete. Once everything got started it went very smoothly with the timeline originally laid out by Rick being met, allowing us to use our new driveway by the weekend as we had wanted.

Rick is very friendly and an easy guy to work with. His quote for the work was very competitive amongst those we received.

Very well. Crews always showed up on time, Cleaned up very nice after everyday or work. Very professional company would highly recommend him to everyone.  

The approximate square feet was 1,632.  RDTServices removed the existing concrete and installed #3 (3/8) rebar at 16" on center and drive approach was tied into the street.  They supported the rebar with 2 1/4 plastic rebar chairs; 3-1/4 at driveway approach.  They poured 3,000 psi concrete mix and broom finished it which resulted in a smooth clean finish.  RTDServices representative was very informative throughout the entire process from estimate to getting city permits to the final conclusion of the job.  He and his employees were very competent, conscious relative to their job performance from the beginning to the completion including clean-up.  I was extremely please with the supervisor's co-ordination

 efforts and his attention to details.  The price was competitive and I would use them again and highly recommend him to others

Rick the owner came out & gave us an estimate. His price was competitive & we decided to use his services. He performed all work in a timely manner & always stayed in contact with updates to the work. His crew was very polite & paid attention to details. We would definitely use them again.

The experience was pretty good.  They came and got the work done on the time frame that they told us.  They cleaned up pretty good and left the house in good shape.  They were pretty nice guys.  The guy who was in charge has no complains.  They were very fast.

I had them bid on a driveway replacement. Punctuality, responsiveness and the bid were excellent. I will delay having the work for a while but I will definitely call them when I'm ready to do it.

Did not use them but their price was reasonable and they are very prompt in replying

We have pets that enter from the patio in to the back door.  So having this completed in a timely fashion was a must.  Our patio isn't very accessible due to fencing for our pets.  It did require part of our fence to be removed and replaced by Davila's crew ( they did a fantastic job with this).  They also had to move the concrete around the garage through our wet backyard to place.  This was all done in one day...and was curing the next!  Fantastic service all the way around.  Mr. Davila was on site which I truly appreciate as a homeowner. Patio looks awesome.  We can't wait to get our furniture placed and start using it.  We would/and are recommending this company to our friends/neighbors.

Having sought six bids for the same job, Rick's price was about 40% less than his closest competitor. We arranged for the work to take place in two days. Rick showed up on time with his Bobcat and after introductions, set to work. That's right, I said Rick. He brought no crew. The home owner was very concerned about a pecan tree in the demo area so we discussed the importance of not damaging the tree's roots in the process. After this, Rick worked more quickly than we could keep up with because we were providing the dumpsters and had to wait for deliveries. Rick quickly established a relationship with the driver who, for last two dumpster loads, waited for Rick to fill the dumpster with concrete. It only took half an hour, so the dumpster company saved time too. If we had not had to wait for dumpsters, he probably could have completed the job in three hours. For the area around the tree, he broke the concrete into pieces with his hammer attachment and I carried them away so he could pick them up. The ground around the tree looked untouched. While waiting for a dumpster delivery, Rick and I talked, and one of the things we talked about was the inefficiency of big companies. Rick's price was $535.00. The highest bidder's price was $3900.00. The job could not have been done any better, and this is what I hope other potential clients get from this review. I think Rick's business is good for small contractors and property owners themselves who want a job done well for a good price without the run-a-round and without having to pay for a big company's wasteful overhead. This is a guy who has the gear, is good at what he does, an expert even, and comes out and does the job for what the price should be. If we had been able to keep up with him, he could have gone and done another small job in the same day. Though we did not hire him for these services, these are other things he said he does: -concrete pouring (driveways, foundations, sidewalks, curbs, etc.). -he has a dump truck and hauls for about $550.00 per load. I can't remember the capacity of his truck. -general site work. -building in general. Though we did not ask to see his insurance, he said he has it. Rick's motto seems to be (because he used it a few times) "we should both win". I know we did on this job.
