We are a gutter cleaning & repair service. All employees have 5 years experience. We are a courteous company and will work with your schedule. All appointments are scheduled so a representative will come out and go over all questions the customers have before work will be performed. Quick Gutter Solutions will provide a written as well as verbal inspection report at the end of work performed, as well as pictures to have an eyes-on view, to help the consumer be aware of any issues they may be having. We do not sub-contract, all representatives & cleaning techs are employed through Quick Gutter Solutions. Serving Houston & Houston's greater areas.

I bought a big deal for this service and it turned out well. I was very pleased with what they did, but I did not have much guttering to be cleaned. They did show up when they said and they did the job. They just didn't have that much to do. Once I looked at all the guttering on the house, I was kind of thinking I should have done that myself. But it was no problem. I purchased it, they did provide the service and cleaned up afterwards. They did what I asked them to do. They also cleaned some debris off the house. There was a little bit left on the roof, it wasn't horrible. They got most of it off, but there was a little bit left up there. What I needed done I needed it done immediately. Looking back on it for the amount of work they had to do I thought it was a little pricey, but it met my need for what I wanted done. I thought it was a little expensive, but it was not bad and I certainly was willing to pay it. We did have to reschedule quite a few times. It seemed like it was three or four times we had to reschedule, but this was back earlier in the summer or late spring when we were having a lot of rain. Not all of that was their fault, but it seemed like I had to keep calling them to reschedule as opposed to them contacting me. It would had have been better if they had contact contacted me. I might get a call on the voice mail that said they were not going to be able to be there, but they did not say here is another time that we will be available, please call and confirm. This was just about like they were putting the ball back in my court instead of taking care of that themselves. When we finally got the date set they were there right on time. I did not feel like I was working with the owner. I felt like I probably was working with the guys who were doing the work, whereas the owner might have been a little more professional.
I felt that the service performed was very good once the company scheduled me.
