Deundre from ProPCit was AMAZING!!! He came to set up our new tv from Samsung,but Samsung sent us a cracked screen. He stayed with us while we sorted it out and helped us though the process. He then helped pick up a new TV the next day and set it up perfectly while also cleaning up. He is the NICEST guy! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

We had an antiquated phone system and were having issues with the main line not rolling over to other lines when somebody was on a call. Mr. Tisdale was able to come out very quickly and put us in a new VoiP phone system at very reasonable rates and he was also very knowledgeable in the subject matter.
