This company was recommended by our realtor. They did such a horrible job for us. They missed several things that should have been noted and mentioned in the report. Things like the fireplace they sellers removed the woodstove that was there and casually put in a fireplace door and made it look like a regular fireplace and pillar to Post missed that too. It would have been a house fire had it been that we decided to use the fireplace by just putting wood and using it as this is not a regular fireplace. It is insulated for wood stove. What more, the floors in the living room and in the dining area are not leveled and they missed that too. Also, there is no dishwasher in the house that means there’s also no hook ups. Pillar to post missed that too. Just a month after moving in everything starts to break, the heating system broke and after that the water heater broke too leaving us with thousands of dollars of replacements. My family and I are without heat or water in the state of Massachusetts. It’s winter and we all know how cold it can be over here. We were moving out of state as of the time of this inspection and so pillar to Post completely took advantage of us. They did such an awful job!!I don’t recommend this company. stay away from them.

I have used them twice. His prices were within the range of everybody else. Their scheduling department will book with you, but also works through their schedule to try to find openings in their schedule when things get changed. They are very flexible to work with the client's schedule as well as their own.

Very pleased with inspection. Upon entry started inspection all aspects of new construction house and found several problems. Terry gave me advice on how to proceed with construction company the be sure all was repaired and I could call him in the future for advice if I need more help, The report was concise and with photos. Very nice person to work with.

He was really good. He even checked the oven to make sure it heated to the correct temperature. He filled up all the bathtubs at one time. He let the water out of the tubs at the same time to make sure they drained with no problem. He was very thorough. I was very impressed with him. He took video and pictures of everything. He noticed the small things that no one else would have paid attention.
