I worked with Shawn and Casey to buy my first home in August 2018, and I must say, I had an amazing experience with their team! They were very knowledgeable about the area I was interested in, were always available to see newly listed homes, and were very aggressive with offers to ensure I was getting the opportunity to bid! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

The seller passed away and the home was left to her three children who had no sense of urgency. Their realtor was selling the home as a favor to the family so also had no sense of urgency. Casey and Shawn went out of their way to get documents signed by the seller when it wasn't a part of their job. They went above and beyond in every aspect from the beginning! I probably saw 25-30 homes with Shawn. Once I found "the one" I felt like his only client even though I know he was busy with so many others. Award winning service for sure! There were days I was so frustrated I was crying bc the sellers didn't seem to care about my time (or stress level as if buying a home without complications isn't stressful enough) and Casey was there like a paid therapist to talk me off the cliff. When it was closing day I did not have the warm and fuzzies since the seller was not agreeing to pay some fees and additional costs I incurred (such as twice Gavin an inspector come out bc they didn't have utilities on the first trip) so after I signed the last document Shawn made me cry with a generous closing gift. I felt like Shawn and Casey were so very real, honest and caring I would use them again in a heartbeat. Keep in mind this is the short version of how they helped me over the three months or more from original approval to closing!

My husband and I didn't even notice that because we were so enamored with everything else we loved about the house. The process took about four months. We closed on our new home around August 30th. He is great with customer service and he is very attentive. My experience with him was very good!

He was recommended to me by a friend. He was great! I had no issues with making contact with him. If I had to leave him a message, he always called back within an hour. He was not pushy. He made my first home buying service great! I really enjoyed him.

It took us about 2 months and we were pretty happy with the service. Shawn was very patient and accommodating to us.
