Fisrt service was good, they did not return for a scheduled termite inspection appointment

I think their price is excellent. It's hard to say about their responsiveness because they come out on a regular basis So they just show up when they're in the area every other month. It's not like I call them and they come out specifically.

They were very informative. My wife is pregnant, and they didn't spray some things because of it. I really liked that they were so accommodating. They also have a good price.

In July 2007, I called to cancel the service, seeing as the contract year had expired. The manager refused to cancel, informed me they would continue charging me the bimonthly visit fee and coerced me to schedule another service call. Keep in mind I did not ask for my money back (I realized I have been scammed and wrote those $600.00 in the "learn a lesson' log), I only asked that service was discontinued. Apparently they haven't got enough share of my teacher salary. The 1-800 number has not provided an answer yet.

We have been on their maintance plan now for a while. Overall they do a good; however, this greatly depends on the technician servicing you. We have had some really good tech's and some that could care less. One problem has been that some tech's do not call in advance to set up a time. They will just come out and if I am not home they will only do the exterior of the house. Then I will have to call and request them to come back to do the inside. Also, we have had problems with the tech's not leaving a notice on the door when they come, so when do not even know if the service was performed or not.

They were high priced. Beyond that they did a good job. We caught the termite problem before it got out of hand. What termites we had they did get rid of them. They did the initial treatment and do follow up treatments after that. They do call us and remind us when it is time for a check up. The workers were respectful and helpful.

We have a slight bug problem of mostly ants. In order to keep the problem small, we called Orkin. They arrived when they said they would, sprayed for about a half hour, forty five minutes, and they were done. Everything was left in order. There was no strong smell, and they were well behaved.

TIMELY SERVICE, THEY ARE HERE WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL BE AND I RARELY HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK FOR CONTINUING PEST PROBLEMS.

THEY ALWAYS COME ON THE LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH. THEY RETURN CALLS THE SAME DAY AND COME TO TREAT PROBLEMS WITHIN TWO DAYS.

HE WAS PROMPT AND ON TIME. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND HE PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
