Jaime was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to repair the leaking ice maker. He had the parts on-hand and completed the repair in a timely manner. He followed all Covid protection guidelines.

Jerry G. the technician came out, spent little time collected the "discounted" $60 service fee and told me it would be $290 for a broken drain valve. I thought the quote was high but texted him the next day to fix it - he never show. Called the main number two days ago and the person who answered said they would get him out. Again, never showed. I think he just wanted to service charge and moved on. Totally worthless - I feel ripped off.

The tech was extremely helpful. Gave us an accurate description of the problem and an estimate on cost and time. We moved forward with the repair. The tech immediately found a secondary issue when starting the repair and informed us that it would not be worth the cost in fixing the secondary issue; spending on a new unit would be best. We appreciated his honestly and paid him for the service call. Would use this company again based on honesty alone, however, the price and estimate were on par with other quotes and research. Many thanks!

Customer service and communication were spectacular. From an almost immediate after hours response, to the on time arrival of the technician James, to his honest recommendation that repairs would not be cost effective for us, all I can say is A+! I don't go to anybody else besides them, they are very professional, timely, the price was reasonable. If they cannot make it they just called me. I don't have any problems with these guys.

Service call was great they were on time and respected my home! I have a no shoe policy in my home and the first thing he asked before entering was are shoes allowed in your home! I didn’t even have to inform! He took a look at my freezer and didn’t take long for him to inform me that the ice maker part was frozen and needed to be replaced. Stepped out to his car got the parts and was repaired fairly quickly. Cleaned up after himself and explain why these things happen. Overall great service, great customer service and great pricing. Will definitely keep the number and pass on to neighbors and friends.

I called and made an appointment with the services due to my dryer having some technical problems on warming up and completely drying my clothing. They came prompt and directly on schedule as planned. Within a few ( very few ) hours they told me the problem and gave me a fair offer on repairing it without any problems what's so ever. After the repair I haven't had any more problems with my dryer and plan to make this service my go to for anymore appliance troubles I may come into in the future. I recommend to anyone who is looking for good, fair, and honest customer services along with great quality repairs.
