No Fuss Services

No Fuss Services initially provided a quick response and showed up on time for both the estimate and the scheduled service date. However, on the same day the service was supposedly completed (5/29), we noticed the leaks reappeared in the same areas they worked on (both the gutter and the downspout outlet were leaking that same afternoon). The downspout service ports they suggested did not resolve the gutter leaks. After June 4, Nathan, the owner of No Fuss Services, became difficult to reach, either claiming to be on the roof or not in the office, and he stopped answering phone calls, only responding via text. Nathan texted us, mentioning he would refund the money minus some fees, but I still gave them the opportunity to repair the leaks. However, they seemed too busy to address the gutter leaks. On June 10, I requested the refund, and Nathan responded that he would send it on 6/10/2024, but as of today, 7/23/2024, we have not yet received the refund. Nathan, the owner of No Fuss Services, has not responded to texts or phone calls since 6/11/2024. We are very frustrated as they don't seem to want to address the issues and have left us with unresolved leaks after collecting the payment.

The guys at No Fuss Services were hired to replace about 60 feet of specialty fence which ran along a green belt and about 30 feet of privacy fence I shared with a neighbor. I was particularly concerned with the strength of the fence and its future ability to withstand strong storms without folding like a cheap suit. Additionally, No Fuss Services reached out to my neighbor and handled the privacy fence issue with little or no interaction from me, which made me happy. The fence looks great and is as promised. Would definitely hire them again.

Hunter and Nathan came out and evaluated my roof issues. They gave me an excellent quote and performed all work professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Had Nathan come out to fix my gutters after the storm and look for any other damage. They spotted some other minor damage as well as few things that needed to be replaced. Fixed everything that day and came in a little cheaper than the other quote I had. They were very informative and noticed some damages on some of my neighbors roofs and made sure to at least inform them of the damage they saw before leaving to make sure the home owners were aware.

They were on time, they were polite, and respectful of my budget. Their prices are great and the service is excellent.

They are very reasonable with pricing. The customer service was great and the overall experience was hassle free.

I had a complete gutter installation done recently. I was utterly astounded by the quality of work ,and the speed at which they got it all done! His professionalism was fantastic and he actually took the time to do explain the whole process step by step. I highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter needs I promise they wonâ t disappoint!

While inspecting my busted fence and preparing an estimate, I mentioned to Nathan I had an issue with a portion of my roof and the associated gutter. Nathan then inspected the roof/gutter and advised me of the necessary fix. I gave him the green light and he had it completely fixed within the hour. I got a chance to see him work before the big fence job and I was impressed how he made it seem effortless. Needless to say, he was green lighted for the fence job!
